The team at Bychoice Sudbury were fantastic for our purchase. Amelia was great at giving updates and always had time to assist. I gave up trying speak to my own estate agent in the end and went direct to Bychoice instead. My estate agent for my sale could learn a few things from them. Thank you!

Brilliant service and great communication. Olivia was fab

As a first time buyer I was worried about the whole process, but Amelia and everyone at ByChoice have been fantastic, it's been so smooth from start to finish with excellent communication.

I cant thank you all enough and the seller for being so patient with me.

Our first contact with ByChoice was with a generic letter put through the letterbox of our rental property which we had been trying to sell. However, this letter stood out because it was professional, to the point and positive.
Making an appointment to chat things over we were again impressed with the professionalism of the team.
Our agent Amelie went well above what we expected of an agent and was superb. Always kept up to date, excellent communication, emails responded to quickly and went into battle (almost literally!) for us.
A lesser agent would have fallen at the first hurdle.
I can't stress how pleased we are with the service we received. I have recommended ByChoice to a friend who is trying to sell currently with no success and have no hesitation in recommending the agents to others

Glad we chose by choice to sell our property, everything was done with ease. They were quick with communications and when our first buyers became difficult with providing information we were able to find new ones quickly and the agents were great throughout the whole process. Thank you.

Bychoice were an extremely helpful partner in our property purchase journey. There were particularly challenging aspects to our property which involved quite complex legal and financial detail - sometimes proving quite opaque - but both Olivia and Ted were not only very responsive and always quick to call back if not available, but also very proactive in helping us to reach resolution on outstanding issues. We were very grateful to the whole team at Bychoice for all their help in navigating our purchase - from viewing to completion - and would strongly recommend them.

Very unhelpful, never get back to you on any feedback or have any real contact. No apologies when failing to turn up for a viewing. Staff are rude.

Everyone at the Sudbury branch of Bychoice couldn't do enough to help throughout the while buying process. In particular Olivia was excellent and always responded promptly to my many queries.

The only contact I had with them was when I enquired about a property and was then told it was under offer. Why they could not update Rightmove to reflect this I don't know, but it's misleading and annoying which leads to distrust. I wouldn't recommend.

We purchased a house through By choice who kept us updated on at least a weekly basis.
Along with our own agent they kept the sale on track.
Would I use them if I was to sell a house in the area ?
Yes .

AVOID renting from Bychoice. We moved into a property where the inventory said the property was professionally cleaned throughout. But it was not. See photos attached. The property was filthy. It was agreed with the agent that we would do our final clean at the point of moving in, so that the propery was bought up to an acceptable standard. When we moved out, they said a final clean was needed and held our deposit and have threatened to deduct sums for things like weed removal (see photos of when we moved in) oven clean and shower heads.... Becky at bychoice even referred to a front garden, which the property doesnt have, I had to get this confirmed by the landlord, via the agent, but she isnt even aware of the situation or how the property was left when we moved in

I have just moved house and can honestly say it would not have happened without the commitment, tenacity and resilience of Oliva Marks. She is an excellent, engaging and determined agent that goes beyond the norm to get a sale completed. 5 stars every day of the week.

Charlotte, Jamie and the team did a great job selling the houses of both my partner and myself, and helping us with our purchase.
Communication was great throughout and they were extremely considerate and helpful throughout what (as everyone knows) can be a stressful process.
Happy to recommend.

Avoid at all costs.
Being a first timer buyer, no chain, we agreed to buy a bungalow for the asking price, the agent we were dealing with told us they would contact the owner and sort out the details but never got back to us.. Every time we rang for a update the agent we were dealing with (Olivia) was ‘out of the office’, but when I rang on a different phone number magically was in the office and answered the phone straight away.
We were told there had been a higher offer placed on the property we had agreed to buy for the asking price, but magically the property is still on the market but they have raised the asking price a extra £20,000..
We had to constantly ring daily to try and even get a update on what was going on. On one phone call we were also told by another member of staff, a week after our original offer to buy the property for the asking price, our offer had not yet been given to buy seller (even though we had been told it had been submitted), I have since found out this is actually illegal.
We were constantly misled with lies on who actually owned the property, one day it was a ‘trust’, then next it was a builder and a developer, then the next week a school.. We have since purchased a family home with another estate agent hassle free and months later have still not heard back from bychoice about our pending offer try to buy buying the property for the asking price.

UPDATE: Since leaving this review on Google, bychoice have been calling me, leaving messages 'to clear things up', shame they didn't put in this much effort when trying to sell a property.
At no point had we been told our offer had been declined. We were told 'we still cannot get a answer from the school, trust etc' until i checked the website and saw the property had gone up..

Bychoice were amazing throughout the process of buying our first home. From the first viewing until completion they were extremely helpful, especially Becky (sales progression) who was always easy to talk to and provided updates throughout.

I spoke to a lady called Rebecca Steven, what a waste of my own time. We had a booking to go and see a let property and she decided to cancel on me less than 1 hour before our meeting which had been planned for 3 days. Very unprofessional and i will certainly not be using this company ever again or advising my friends too. STAY CLEAR!

Despite a number of particularly challenging events, the staff at Bychoice in Haverhill proved to be professional, supportive and upbeat throughout, which resulted in the sale going through. I’m very grateful to Matt, Mel, Keeleigh and Jordan for their continued efforts over the past few months.
I definitely recommend Bychoice Haverhill to rent or sell your house.

Jordan has been absolutely brilliant, a massive credit to the company. I have just finalised a very difficult sale of my house and Jordan has gone above and beyond to assist and make the process as smooth as possible! I cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts, highly recommend!
