I think these are the best book marks ever.I have four and always use one in my cookbook and one in the book I am reading.I have given some as gifts to my reading buddies.

Coming from China.....still did not show up. Ordered 3.23 & tracking shows another 6 days before arrival.

Should have given me an option for delivery.

Cool looking product (magnetic bookmark) and decent price. Unfortunately, my tracking stalled out somewhere between China & California almost 3 weeks ago and they haven't sent me a replacement OR a refund.

I reached out to customer service and didn't hear back. Then I got the "hope you love your product" email, requesting that I not leave a bad review but go directly through him.

I replied and heard back, but have yet to receive a solution. What was more frustrating, though, was that they had a "leave a review" link in that email that only took me to their website, where there was no place to leave a review.

I can't know for sure, but it definitely feels like they're hiding behind layers of annoyance to keep people from leaving real feedback for poor service.

Chinese company pretending to be local. You get an email from “Mark”, despite them being in Hong Kong.

Nice bookmark. Received what I expected.

I was disappointed in how light the emblem was I had requested. I expected it to be far more distinct,like some of the designs you see advertised.
