This company came through and did exactly what they said they would do. They made a mistake in sending me a refunded instead of an exchange, but they honor a discount for me and they gave me great customer service. I will happily buy more things from them.
Customer service high quality
I have begun buying BYLT clothes, as I like the fit, comfort and style. I had a problem with the delivery of an order, so reached out for help. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was very happy with how I was treated as a customer.
Extremely disappointed with customer support
I am writing this review because I have been unable to get any response from BYLT Basics regarding my order/delivery since it never arrived.
I have reached out to their customer service team via email five separate times over the last 10 days, and I have yet to receive any real help or resolution to my issue. I’ve talked with their AI bot more and the workflow is not intuitive to escalate issues quickly for an actual person.
I’ve been a customer of the brand before but not after the lack of communication I’ve been experiencing, it is incredibly frustrating. I’ve followed all the steps to seek help, but at this point, it feels like my inquiries are being ignored or diverted. I hope this public feedback will finally prompt a representative to actually address my situation but to everyone else, proceed with caution.
