Richtige abzocke! Ich habe lange überlegt und mir dann ein Kleid in Größe XS bestellt.. war leider zu groß und sah auch nicht besonders hochwertig aus. However… der Versand hat schon mal 15€ gekostet was echt viel ist. Es stand dann, dass der Rückversand 15€ ausmachen wird. Mir wurden aber 30€ abgezogen! Sorry, aber 45€ für NICHTS ist einfach KOMPLETT überzogen! Nie mehr! Überlegt 100 mal bevor ihr bestellt

Jag köpte en brudklänning hos ByMalina. Efter att klänningen kemtvättats blev den helt förstörd (tyget blev gulblekt). Jag kontaktade ByMalina för att få ersättning men de vägrade att ersätta mig och hävdade att det var kemtvättens fel. Till slut anmälde jag ByMalina till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden och fick rätt. ByMalina har mailat att de ska ersätta mig enligt Arns beslut men fortfarande, en hel månad senare har jag inte fått några pengar. Detta trots att det står på företagets hemsida att de följer Arns beslut. Ingen svarar längre på mina mail eller på mina samtal när jag ringer kundservice. Är otroligt besviken och kommer inte att handla hos ByMalina igen.

I bought a blouse online (€ 225) for a wedding. It was delivered folded on a small box. There were several deep wrinkels in the blouse. So bad that I couldn't wear it right away. The fabric was delicate (from China!?!) and I didn't dare iron the blouse. I ask Malina why they shipped the package so poor? They answered that one piece of clothing always was deliverd that way. And the deep wrinkels could be remedied by steaming in the shower, what I doubt because the blouse has been folded for longer than just during shipping. The steaming (twice) did nothing. Spent your money with a respected brand that provides good service!

I regret to share my disappointing experience with By Malina. Both the product quality and customer service have left me unsatisfied.

I purchased a 265 Euro skirt, only to find that it had a low product quality and an ill-fitting design. Consequently, I decided to return the item.

However, my frustration escalated when I discovered that I did not receive a full refund, with a deduction of 10 Euros for a missing button. It appears perplexing to justify a 10 Euro charge for a missing button on a product manufactured in China. Moreover, the recurring issues of buttons falling off after shipment or being inadequately sewn onto the skirt raise concerns about the brand's overall quality control process.

jag rekommenderar inte by malina längre! Jag har upplevt dålig service och problem med returer.

Inget att klaga på själva blusen. Den är jätte fin och fått väldigt fina komplimanger!

MEN Lång leveranstid. Beställde blusen lördag den 26/8. Stod att den fanns på lager med 3-6 dagars leveranstid.
Mailade fredag 1/9 då jag inte hade får spårningslänk. På eftermiddagen kom spårningslänken, fortfarande inget svar från kundtjänst på mitt mail.

Fick paketet 8/9. Dvs 10 arbetsdagar senare. Hade inte förväntat mig så lång leverans tid.

I actually don’t understand the bad reviews, as I got a great service. The dress looks amazing and the quality of the fabric is very high!
I was in doubt about my size so ordered both sizes (knowing I had to pay €15 return cost in the Netherlands which is average).
It was very easy to return the item and the amount in Klarna was changed within 1,5 weeks.
I had some questions about how to iron my dress as the fabric is very delicate so I had a little conversation back and forth with the customer service and after every message I got a reply within a day.

Worst experience ever. I bought a top, 1.999 SEK. It fell apart after two times use. The quality is awful! I've contacted the customer service, of course, they never replied.
If you want an advice, buy somewhere else!

The customer service does not respond by e-mail or phone. I have returned two items, but have not received a refund.

Mycket dåligt. Åkte från gotland för att prova brudklänningar. Vi hade bokat tid. Väldigt dåligt service. Fick säga till att jag ville få hjälp att stänga klänningarna. Hon var mer intresserad av min svägerskas hund. Trodde jag hade bokat en andra provning, flög fram och tillbaka över dagen för att prova en klänning en gång till. Hade tydligen misslyckats med bokningen och hon sa snörpligt i dörren bara ”du har gjort fel, jag har en annan kund nu och är fullbokad resten av dagen”. Det var en klänning och jag flög från gotland för att prova den. Ingen medkänsla, ingen service utan rent av otrevlig.
Att prova sin blivande brudklänning ska vara roligt, det var inte detta. Dessutom betalat för provningen!

Really unpleasant online shopping experience. If you buy from them, please read the terms and conditions carefully. I wasn't ready to read a paper before i return my product and now i have to pay the shipping myself for 149kr.
I ordered one pants and the website said it wasn't completed So i ordered again.but they got two orders from me when i only have one order confirmatiom email. So i Need to return one of pants and i called them before and they didn't mention i should use prepaid shipping note.i was asking should i pay the shipping and they say i can send it back and email them. But now they are saying i didn't use their prepaid note So i should pay for delivery.

So i am the one paying for the web error. Very interesting conclusion i got from such a big brand.

Havde problemer med et produkt, og kundeservice var hurtig og meget hjælpsom til at løse problemet. Jeg ville helt klart købe derfra igen.

The worst quality product and customer service I have received. The company refused to exchange the item saying "it's not our fault the jeans don't suit you"

I spent £180 on a pair of jeans online, which have stretched to the point of being completely unwearable. They advise you size down, which I did, but these stretched way more than that and they will not exchange for a smaller size. I absolutely do not recommend buying online with this brand.
