Had an order cancelled but was not…
Had an order cancelled but was not informed of this until I emailed to chase it. Was offered a free hand cream as a goodwill gesture which I didn’t receive in my next order despite using the code they gave me. Since then have spent a week trying to resolve. They now want photos of the packaging etc in case it was tampered with prior to delivery (which I don’t have as I never realised I would need to prove their incompetence) - the hand cream is not showing on the order confirmation and it clearly wasn’t in the Byredo gift box. I just don’t know why I keep ordering from this company!

A Wonderful Experience with Kay at Byredo(Harbour City)
I had such a wonderful experience at Byredo’s Harbour City (Tsim Sha Tsui) store on April 3rd!
The staff member Kay was absolutely amazing — super knowledgeable about perfumery and incredibly passionate about her work. She explained the scents with such detail and even shared interesting stories behind the fragrances, which made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.
It’s rare to meet someone who combines deep expertise with such warmth and enthusiasm. Kay truly made me appreciate Byredo even more ❤️
