Au final, commande qui devait être livrée le 17 mars, aprÚs maints appels au service DVN client France, de multiples mails, photos à l'appui du point UPS soudainement rideau baissé, à ce jour, aprÚs que l'on m'ait annoncé le remboursement de ma commande, puisque le colis est introuvable et évidemment non livré, je suis toujours en attente d'une réponse de Dries Van Noten, qui apparemment A également baissé le rideau ! Je déconseille fortement les commandes sur le site, en espérant, prÚs d'un mois plus tard, obtenir mon remboursement, mais que d'efforts inutiles !!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dries Van Notenâs customer service, which felt completely out of step with what you would expect from a luxury brand.
I received a set of three travel-size fragrances, and one of the vials (Santal Greenery) arrived completely shattered, with broken glass and the contents leaked out. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photographic evidence.
What should have been a straightforward replacement or refund turned into a month-long âinvestigation,â during which I was repeatedly asked to provide additional materials (videos, lot codes, etc.) â all for a ~$93 item.
Most concerning, I was asked to retain the broken glass, which is clearly a safety hazard.
After weeks of back-and-forth, I was then told that in order to receive a refund or replacement, I would need to return the entire set â including the two perfectly intact items â nearly a month after delivery. By that point, the damaged item had already been safely disposed of.
At no point was a reasonable resolution offered. Instead, the process felt unnecessarily complicated, disproportionate, and frankly unreasonable.
For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before purchasing, as even a straightforward issue can turn into a frustrating and unresolved experience.
In the end there was no solution...i was out the $93 and they took zero accountability for poor packaging that left me with nothing.

I thought I had received a defective perfume bottle (this turned out to be a mistake - there was a long air bubble in the spray tube that made it appear as though the tube was broken), but the customer service team was extremely thorough and helpful in attending me in investigating the issue. Estibaliz P responded to my WhatsApp message to Dries Van Noten within a minute of my sending it, though I anticipated their customer service hours were over for the night. Every email I sent from there on out was responded to very quickly and reassuringly by the same customer service representative. Though the situation ended up resolving itself naturally, as the air bubble disappeared and revealed a fully functional spray mechanism, I leave the exchange feeling extremely well taken care of. They are professional but warm.

Very ridiculous brand. I have been wanting to buy the Nomadic Set of perfume for a while, so I went to the London store today. I am pretty sure the price was £185 when I checked the website; however, when I paid at the store, the staff asked for £200, claiming it's due to a recent price rise and the price on the website should be increased as well, so I paid £200 and went home. When I got home, I checked the website and also other retailers like Selfridges' website, the price is £185 EVERYWHERE apart from what I was asked for. I then checked the receipt I had, there is no item name on it, only the amount I paid and a reference code, meaning that the salesperson could literally ask for whatever she wanted. I really loved the brand and had couple of lipsticks from them, but since I discovered either it's the brand only increased the in-store price or the sales asked me for extra money, I decided that I will never buy from this brand from now on.
