I bought few items on shein website few items came and couple didn't show up
I keep getting emails about processing the order and I still don't have my 2 items were not received and I am tired of their AI stupid emails
I can't reach out customer service
They are thieves
So I will never get my items back and I got charged for something never gotten
Shit service I will never say they have good customer service unless I have my items or got refunded they sent me a sticker refund to bring the items but I don't have them and AI emails stupid how can I return them if I don't have them

These are horrible people. I am a retired person. I ordered items for the first time. I spent $334.00
Some items were damaged, and some didn't fit. I contacted them many times . They refused to exchange or give me a refund. I also asked them how to return (I didn't know because it was my first time). A customer service representative wrote me, 'Do not bother again.' They kept my money . Do not lose your money. They have no shame. Maybe they would help their nationality, but nobody else. I do not know who they are, and I do not want to know. I will never ever would buy something from that company. Bad people.

Terrible customer service. Items faulty and could not return because SHEIN uses Canada Post on strike. Very disappointing

I will not be a shein shopper anymore. The shipping time is ridiculous even if you pay for expedited shipping! The company used to be better than this, but lately they really suck. I am currently waiting on an order that has finally made it, and is ready to be handed over to the courier for final delivery, but still has not been transferred to the delivery company! I encounter delivery issues with every order I have purchased from them. OVER IT

Would not advise ordering from SHEIN. Several of my products were missing from my last order and customer service would not refund or resend this items. Appears to be another huge conpany to scam customers.

Not worth 1 star!! This is second time I've tried ordering from this place. Both times I have received fraud alert emails from customer service saying I need to show proof of payment. When I've sent screenshots of payment I've gotten emails saying insufficient proof. This is the last I try to do business with Shein!! I recommend everyone to steer clear of this company.

My first order I was charged $4. More with no explanation and before I noticed when I placed my second order, I was charged more than what the price said when I placed the order.

I am writing on behalf of my daughter who purchased 600 + $ dollars on this site and besides the phone number not in service , the customer service reps are equally incapable of assisting me . The ability to find the return section is horrid. PLEASE do not support this company . THe quality if the merch is substandard and made in sweat shops in CHina.

Why do people lie and write horrible reviews. Before Shein there was nothing but malls & those clothing stores in those malls were very expensive. I used to regularly shop at Banana Republic, Club Monaco etc ...and the prices were insane. Shein has the same quality clothes for a very reasonable price. I wish Shein was around in the 80s. Hassle-free refunds, fast delivery and very impressive selection of high fashion purses and clothing. Highly recommend 👌

The company will not replace my package despite ot bring left in the lobby of my building and stolen i have only ordered twice first time the package was delivered to my suite second time left in lobby. They told me to contact the delivery setvice

total scam, advertises prices with a coupon applied they have NO intention of giving you. The price advertised is not CHEAP, it is basically normal sounding price. Price in cart at FIRST looks a little high but close, at last step price jumps up 30% and support does NOTHING. FRAUD.

Item delivered to the wrong address yet they refuse to refund me.
I should have stopped ordering from these people ages ago, they are such scammers and there's been so many red flags. Do not order from this place.

I had a large order and sent some back, no problem. The next order I wanted to send back but I was charged return shipping.
Don't be fooled by the FREE RETURNS at the top of their webpage. It only applies to your 1st return.

I received a big order of clothing that was sent to me and I never ordered them. How do I get all the item back to Shein clothing department? Can I get help on this I was never charged for the items. Please send me address for return with return label .

I have been a great customer until my last order. They haven't sent me my full order. 6 items missing in my order and they havent refunded me. It was 100$ + worth of items.
No refunds or mailed it to me.
Very mad about this and wont order again!!

For most part I have had good experience with shein. I have made about 55 orders all from 60 to 160.00 i some times order 3 times a month 200 or 300 a month. Some orders some product have come broken or missing parts or ripped clothes. But my only problem lately is there no deals anymore they took it off. Because taxes in canada not really getting deals anymore taxes bring it up way more then original prices not deal prices. I love shein did it for deals. There really not many deals anymore my friend when I told her about deals how much she can get. She like what you talking about there not deals in there really same prices as going to mall. She got only 2 things 40.00 so I been noticing as well prices have sky rocketed and deals of the day every category now it's gone. So for dress your paying 16.00 to 40.00 now when you could get two deals out of deals day for like 3 to 7.00 not anymore. :( so I'll probably be shopping less now. 😞 they act like there is deals but after cash out jumps 20 to 30 more. That even more then our taxes 🙄 it's probably usa bring up there 25% so we very loyal customers who brought them so much money like me. I have giving them more 30.000 over 5 years of shopping 🛍 this month I already order twice last month order 3 times. And it's always over 100.00 of products 🙄 😒.

I had issue with coupon that which I tried to remove with one of customer service agents but the person was very rude and disrespectful. I have to cancel my order right away.

I was going to put screenshots on here but there is no attached button. The item item was 21% off of $46.09. So it showed up as $36.50. When i clicked checkout it went up to $39.84. I emailed Shein to ask why would they put that its $36.50 and when i checked out it went up to $39.84? This is what they answered…

I dont care for the 4$ difference, its the moral of it. If you showing a price it should not change when you click checkout.
