Where to start.... I bought a brand new Peugeot Premier 26 plate from Cab Direct allied motors, delivered to myself on 3rd March, initially I was very happy with my new vehicle, however that was short lived.... 6 weeks in and only 3164 miles on the clock the worst possible thing happens ... THE CAM BELT SNAPS(new engine required) i contact Peugeot Assist to recover the vehicle at 13.45pm on a Thursday afternoon they arrive the NEXT MORNING Friday at 9.15am !!!!!! Totally unacceptable!! I contact Peugeot in Stockport my home town they refuse to accept my vehicle!!! "Does this mean every time I break down my cab has to be taken to Glasgow"?? Thats an unanswered question.... so cab direct reluctantly accept it back, 4 days later and I still haven't received a courtesy call from Cab Direct to update moving forward... meanwhile back in Stockport im having to pay finance on a vehicle that is not fit for purpose and also pay £185 per week to hire a cab so I can earn the money to pay the finance company, MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE AS IM REALLY STRUGGLING!!!!! today 12 days later I contact customer service at cab direct and im advised they are waiting for Stellantis to authorise a new engine for my vehicle, absolutely no urgency on their side, which i find, "for want of a better word"DISGUSTING.....
The confidence i had when I bought the new vehicle was amazing (no more high maintenance bills or breakdowns for at least 3 years) well that's been shattered !!!
If a 0 was an option that would be my choice !!!!!

Bought a vehicle from them....after a few issues all good. Now I have e mailed them four times and tried phoning in connection with a request for information on seat parts . Over a month and no response...not the best customer service after they have your money. Thing is I want to buy something from them but apparently they are not interested…. Don’t they check e mails ? Or online enquiries? Asking for information but Trustpilot website won’t accept my answers …. All they have to do at Cab Direct is look up my name on their system and they will find me ……As of 19th April I sent the info they requested STILL NO RESPONSE. Absolute shocking customer support. I sent the information they wanted on the 10th April. Got a call from a chap in customer support, put through to parts . Was promised a return call from a female who would get prices…. That was on Monday 20th , this is now Thursday 23rd…. Still no response . What an absolute joke of an outfit . This is now 5th May and still no response from this company re the parts I enquired about . Simply stay away from them , they have no customer interest whatsoever

Brilliant. Phoned up, had a vehicle in stock the one i wanted, got accepted in 20 minutes and signed everything over and the vehicle was at my home address the following week.

Bought a brand new toyota corolla from cab direct , within 19 months car had a problem (hybrid system malfunction) toyota deler could not find the problem. Tried to speak to cab direct few times . They just passing phone call different different departments everytime. I had a really bad time one week that time. They have no clue what are they doing! stay away from them..I never recommend my friends and colleagues. Big company but they are not registered with MOTOR OMBUDSMAN.
What a shame!!

Hi orded a new Ford Terouno when deliverd it had some sort overspry to get resloved took me more then 6month. Serives from Anglea and Mitchell was really bad useless.Would not recommend to anyone to use this company.

The service I received, particularly from Peter Fiore was excellent. Responsive, kept me updated and answered all and any questions I had about the vehicle and the buying process. Would definitely recommend.

Recently I bought car from them & after that delivery I got lots of scratches & about that scratches they don’t mention me before buying they are totally scam & horrible customer service as well they will not speak straight for ward it’s absolutely ridiculous customer service
