Absolutely atrocious. Bought a brand new car . It broke down within a week and twice more during the 1st 2 years . And although these repairs were under warranty I was offered no compensation. And then one week after warranty ran out gearbox and clutch went . Cost me £6000. Tried to get a bit of compensation just to help me out a bit but was met with an absolute refusal to even discuss
Basically it was you bought it so tough .
Will never use this company again .
I now go elsewhere for all our company vehicles

A good price, but once I had paid a deposit and placed my order, the customer service was extremely poor. Once delivery was late, I made countless calls to get updated information on the promised delivery date but no-one could give me one. Delivery date was missed by 5-6 weeks leaving me without a vehicle and having to temporarily close my business.
I sent in a complaint as per their website's "Complaints Handling Procedure" back on 13th October 2024 and chased it again on 30th October 2024 and I have not even had an acknowledgement, let alone a full reply.
I'll update this review if they do ever respond.

As you can see following my review on here they did reply only on here within a few days. However they have never acknowledged any of the emails I sent to them directly and still have not addressed any of the points in those emails. It shows a complete disregard for customer care and a failure to adhere to their own complaints policy.
