Called for advice regarding a fibre issue, the person that I spoke to was so helpful even though it wasn't going to be a big sale. They were local so following our conversation I popped round and every person that I saw was really friendly and asked if I needed help. Highly recommended.

Product, price and delivery were perfect.
Order process however had glitches. Could not enter order with Add to Basket and when using Buy it Now option had to pay by credit card despite having a credit account.

Thanks for your review. We ran a test order when this issue occurred and were able to successfully place it as a credit customer so you may need to clear your cookies or change the browser used and hopefully this issue should resolve itself for next time.

Slightly troublesome placing (paying) for order - had to try three different cards before one was verified. Also occurred on a previous order.

Apologies about the issues paying - our online checkout employs an anti-fraud policy where the card postcode must match the billing postcode before our system will accept payment.

Good quality kit
Good quality kit, just as order, well packed and no damage, but loose a star as the wrong tracker code was notified and no email shipment confirmation.
