Customer service took a while to respond. But once they did it was quick resolution. I appreciate them addressing the issue

This is a horrible company they don’t answer calls make it impossible to get ur money back or make a return no matter what number you push nobody will answer if you dnt like giving ur money away don’t buy anything from this company

This fraudulent company sold me a high pressure water spray system that was touted as being complete and ready to hook to a garden hose. Upon receiving it I found that additional fittings would need to be purchased to allow the assembly to connect to a hose. Customer service just refers to an owner's manual that has a small photo of the necessary connection fitting with no description or information about how to obtain it. The customer service email (the service reps will not make contact by phone) sent the garbage manual and include several links to buy more materials from the firm that would not solve the problem
After I complained to the firm, they issued a 20% refund

Fraudulent commercial. Commercial shows picture of thermostat going from the 90's to the 60's in a few minutes. Picture indicates a copper type coil that has frost on it. Cost 92.00 for an air cooler.
TURNS OUT TO BE A PERSONAL FAN WITH A C TYPE UCB PORT AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. THIS IS JUST A REGULAR PERSONAL FAN THAT DOESN'T COOL ANYTHING.
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE IT DOESN'T EVEN HOLD A CHARGE AFTER 5 HOURS OF CHARGING. THEY RESPONDED TO MY E-MAIL AFTER 3 OR 4 DAYS STATING THEY WANTED A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM AND A LIST OF INFORMATION HOW DO YOU SHOW A VIDEO OF THE FAN NOT WORKING? IT'S A SCAM FROM BEGINNING TO END. IF A PERSON WANTED A WEAK PERSONAL FAN THAT BLOWS WITHIN 18 INCHES..FOR 15.OO THEN I COULD UNDERSTAND. BUT THE COMMERCIAL IS A TOTAL LIE.

This co. Don't allow you to return their product. You can't find them, once you receive the product. I've tried to contact them over and over about this toy fan or air conditioner. For a 107 dollars. I really wouldn't pay 10.00 dollars for. Tell them to answer the phone.

Absolut schlechte Ware! Aufpassen! Klimaanlage schlechte Qualität...Leistung schlechter als ein Ventilator. Nie und nimmer 100 Euro wert. Retournieren war keine Option, da der Versand nach Hong Kong selbst zu bezahlen ist.

Unseriöser Bestell und Retourenservice

Ein zusätzliches Teil (kostenpflichtig) wurde in der Bestellung untergeschoben eine sofortige Stornierung war nicht möglich. Ein Retourenschein/-Code wurde auch nach 15 EMails nicht zugesandt.

The worst product ever. It is a scam stating it was a air conditioner. It is a poorly made fan. Do not order! Just warning.

Cablelinker is a scam company out of southeast Asia. I ordered and received two so-called portable AC units which turn out to be nothing more than expensive fans. Their customer service via email goes unanswered, customer service via phone is automated and hangs up on you. They don't include an invoice in the package plus don't email one as they tell you they will. Typical of a scam company. Their return policy is very short but requires information from the invoice they don't give you and since there's no way to get one I'm screwed.

I ordered a A/C unit which turned out to be a small fan , absolutely disgusting company, can’t get hold off anyone to make a return, avoid at all costs

The whole company is a scam. They reported they had room air conditioners that would cool a room invented by nasa engineers. They delivered a fan. No AC at all. Barely blows air. Complete lies from start to finish and now wants us to pay for shipping back to hong kong. how did Nasa designed products get shipped from Hong kong. They showed cooling coins frosting up, they lied. No cooling at all.

Apparaat voldoet helemaal niet blaast alleen wat lucht . Probeer hun al 2 weken te bereiken maar gaan antwoord .Hier zal ik nooit meer iets bestellen. Ik wilde het terugsturen maar de kosten moet jezelf betalen. Pure oplichterij.

ik heb dit ook gekocht op basis van het filmke,heb er nog bij andere firmas gekocht zelfs bij amazon,3 x gefopt dan,en dat als zieke bejaarde wat bij de hittegolf haar appartementje wou koelen,veel geld weer weggegooid

Still reading, calling (or trying to…disconnects before ringing). No responses to emails. While I did not expect an actual air conditioner for $107 (after shipping, add-ons for warranty &package protection. Irritated beyond beyond. The unit arrived in reasonable time (from China. And returns will incur all shipping and customs according to website). It is a piece of crap and does nothing more than a hand held battery operated fan from the dollar store. Money back guarantee??? So tired of scams

This is my experience with BreezaMax Qinux.
Unfortunately I bought it but even though I immediately requested to cancel my order, I found out that order cancellations were not possible.
The very light “fan” (I guess, because I didn’t open their package, not even protected for precaution) arrived and when I went to Post.nl to send it back, the address given in their website couldn’t be verified.
I therefore have the product at home and I do not know what to do because even UPS cannot issue a label as “Cablelinker” (the seller, in Hong Kong) does only give a postal address that cannot be verified and no email, phone or name of a person.

Produit non conforme à la publicité: la pub laisse penser que c'edt un climatiseur, c'est simplement un ventilo avec trois positions. Arnaque.

Retour en Geld terugkrijgen vergeten het maar
Een lesje voor volgende keer vuile boeven.

Waardeloos bedrijf en waardeloos product, je kunt het terug sturen maar de verzendkosten zijn hoger dan de waarde van het product
