Don't order here!! They promise:
"Within an estimated period of 48-72 hours, you will receive an email with the tracking information of your order. DELIVERY TIMES:" ?
Guess what - I could have known this, received a message, indeed 48 hours after ordering and paying, it will arrive between 10 - 15 days. The 24 hours, that is when it is loaded in China on its way to an airplane. So, don't believe, I fear what the ordered product will be, mostlikely chinese rubbish!!!

I purchased five bogus Qinux BreezaMax units which did not work - they were advertised as air conditioning units but only pushed air. I have submitted both on-line and direct email requests for refund WELL WITHIN the 14 day limit only to get form letter responses requesting the same information. My last request for the refund process (per their email) was 6/23/26 and no response.
This is a fraudulent product from a scam company.

Terrible company. Zero customer service. The unit did not fit my hose but I have spent 2+ weeks and multiple emails to get a return label with NO success. The standard reply is "they are too busy" I finally had to initiate a dispute with my CC company to get a credit. I think part of the problem is the manufacturer is in China. I would never, ever utilize this company again. It is a total sham. Do not waste your time or money. There are tons of other options out there.

Qinux PolarBreeze besteld zag tijdens afronden dat bedrijf in China retour adres heeft maar helaas bestelling was geplaatst gelijk gemaild dat de order geannuleerd moest worden zou teruggebeld worden maar door drukte kon dat even duren tuurlijk item is verstuurd weg 70 euro retour kosten bijna 65 euro dus bedrijf weet dat je dit toch niet terug stuurt weer een dure les

All of their product reviews must be fake since you cannot add your own. I ordered a Breezamax which is a total joke. And the return costs would likely be at least half the cost of the unit … if you even got credit for it. Live and learn.

Ik heb via de website van Vultriox een mes voor een bosmaaier/strimmer gekocht dat universeel zou zijn. Bij ontvangst bleek dit onjuist. Na het opzoeken en lezen van de Algemene Voorwaarden zou ik moeten retourneren naar Madrid. Bij vraag om instructies hoe dit goed te doen en zeker te zijn van creditering van het betaalde bedrag, kreeg ik te maken met Cablelinker als bedrijf en werd me verteld naar Hong Kong te retourneren. Omdat dit de locatie van verzending was. De kosten, voor rekening van de klant, zijn daarmee hoger en voor mij can tweederde van de waarde van gekochte product. En het is een afwijking van de Algemene Leveringsvoorwaarden. Ben nu al een maand aan het mailen, maar krijg geen akkoord op verzending Madrid en daarmee dus ook mijn geld niet terug.

het is rommel uit China en niet zoals de advertentie doet geloven...Een man uit Utrecht heeft het uitgevonden.....de koeler VREET stroom en doet helemaal niks aan de temperatuur. het ergste vind ik nog dat je gewoon op ELKE mail hetzelfde bericht krijg dat het druk is bij hen.in 1 bericht werd 20% KORTING AANGEBODEN. DAT HEB IK NATUURLIJK GEWEIGERD MAAR NOG STEEDS GEEN RETOURADRES OF LABEL ONTVANGEN. OP MIJN DAGELIJKSE MAILS KRIJG IK GEEN ANTWOORD

I previously thought it was a scam because my dad hadn't received the A/C product he had ordered. The emails he received looked a bit spamy. But I was wrong and he finally received the product. Although this one is not of very good quality. It took very long to arrive and the delivery date changed twice. So I would say is not the best provider.

The rating would be zero if that was an option. This product is horrible and they make sure it’s impossible to return the product for a refund. Please do not waste your time or money on this useless product and scam of a company!!!!!

I ordered a power washer for £49 and paid £76 after delivery costs and attachments package based on promotional material.
device did not meet the video expectations.
therefore I requested money back.
This was purchased using my Barclays Gold Premier Card and I requested money back from Barclays.

ordered two AC units that were on offer for work. waited for delivery as i knew they were being imported. got email to say they had been delivered but they hadn't. emailed no response. poor customer service.

I would give it NO stars if I could. IT'S A FAN!! Nothing more and nothing less. Complete scam. DON'T BUY THE BREEZEMAX!!!!

Als een product te mooi is om waar te zijn, dan is dat ook meestal zo. Cablelinker is gevestigd in Hongkong, China. Retour of geld terug kan je wel vergeten. Bedrijf reageert niet eens op een retour verzoek. Laat staan je geld terug. Daarbij is retour zenden naar China voor eigen rekening. Ik heb mijn lesje geleerd met een product van deze site. Dus.....denk goed na, tel tot 10 en kijk ook eens om u heen bij anderen webshops, voordat u hier op de knop kopen drukt.

BrezaMax air conditioner. Total scam from the beginning on web site. Billed for 3 items I did not order for $82 in extra charges. Scam ordering process. false advertising involving CABLELINKER a Hong Kong company. No opportunity to review order before it was billed Total over $192 that should have been $102. Unable to cancel or alter order and billing and only 14 days to return at Customer expense from date of ORDER, not date of delivery. Check reviews … this is all a SCAM. Call CC company and refuse payment. And tell You Tube / Google to stop advertising GARBAGE!

I bought 2. Live in just under 1,000sqft house. They are nothing more than a nice fan. The air coming out of the fan is little cooler than the room but that’s it! Does not drop temperature 6” from fan let alone the entire room! Will use them for travel. With the stand they will work great for hotel rooms and staying with friends or family. Don’t try to return them because you only have 14 days! So by the time you get them and try them out…Too late‼️ did get them 1/2 off; about what you pay for decent fan now days.
