If they take money when they aren’t aloud they phoned me on July 27th and told me they were talking the money out on August 1st and took it out on July 28th they won’t let me cancel my account with them until I pay them so I blocked them from taking money out of my account if they want to take me to court I have proof that they broke the contract

I am so so relieved having you and Harris and Partners representing me .
With the experience I had with BMO last week I feel that you all took a lot of stress from my life. I received a pay cheque from work this morning for the amount that was lost due to the closure of my account at BMO

Really, it took you until August to reach out about my bad review in February. Must have a lot of back log of 12 years of bad service.

Just fyi for people. If you go through a trusted service to do a consumer proposal or bankruptcy in which I had to do with Sands and Associates they aren’t pushy about getting all of your information over the phone (they do it face to face) and they won’t try and take your money before talking to your creditors. At the time when cactus credit offered me a consumer proposal the debt that I had was exempt from a consumer proposal/bankruptcy so they would have been collecting $260 a month for what?

Also you cannot pay someone to improve your credit rating, it doesnt work that way. Get a pre paid credit card, pay your bills on time, get a credit karma account and eventually it will get better.

Trust the 1 star reviews and look at all of the complaints with the better business bureau. At this point I’m guessing any of the 5 star reviews are from the owner or his family.

Worst customer service won’t give you back you’re money . Called them and I told the guy you don’t care about other people you, only care about you’re self , he said yes I do only care about my self. I know these types of company, is a scam for money do not trust them they will delete you’re post to get only good reviews hmm what a fool I was to trust them. anyone going into this do not sign . Save you’re self a hassle go somewhere else my dog can even do
better customer service then these guys . They don’t care about you period only money. no one calls you to help you rebuild you’re credit they only laugh at you behind the phone . Just save you’re money do not trust anyone with you’re money period . You guys work too hard for money please do not sign up with these guys

Was talked into this program. Started looking for a full-time job so I can actually afford the start up cost. I contacted them and asked to cancel my spot as I had not received any kind of anything from this program and they told me all I could do was change the payment day and I did but they still took the money from me. I told him I did not have the money as I did not have a full-time job and my account went negative because of them. They also told me that I’m not allowed to cancel until after I paid the full enrolment fee. Which makes no sense but I will not be dealing with them.

The proven program these scammers refer to is to “hound” you until you sign their contract. Once signed they take payments from your account and offer zero advice on anything.
The whole time they reassure you that they will help.
All they do is get your money and refer your file to a trustee. Zero advice given. Zero direction,

For a company that is suppose to help a person all they do is put you further in debt. What a waste of time and money !!!

At first, I thought it won't work, but I was wrong so I just want to thank Cactus Credit because they helped me in so many ways. It was so hard to fix my credit on my own, but I have achieved it now with their help. Their staff are nice to speak with and professional. Thank you again!

I can honestly say that cactus credit helped improve and manage my credit score, I would recommend this program to anybody

READ THE FINE PRINT OF EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.
They charge you a “PROCESSING FEE” just to see if you can be approved, they HIDE behind “technically you signed a legal agreement”
I inquired about this service to HELP my financial situation not to MAKE IT WORSE, they are unwilling to help, do NOT use this company!!!

Great group of individuals at Cactus Credit that I’ve gotten the pleasure to speak with and receive the help I needed which has absolutely changed my life and relieved my financial stress.

I am extremely happy I took the step to finally pay off my debt. Cactus Credit was so helpful, polite and made sure I understood the whole process before moving on to the next step. My debt has caused so much anxiety for me, even more so since becoming a single mom of 2 young children, but Cactus was able to put me on the correct path and made the whole process so easy!

I had very bad credit I called cactus credit my score was 500 and lower it is now over 700 and over 600 Im very pleased for there service 2015 I was not able to get a car I know own a car over all I'm very happy with there service thank you so much for helping me 😊😊

It took awhile to talk to the right person when I got the right person the answer to all my questions somebody that spoke English was awesome that would have been Kyle and Tom I think anyways they help me through the process a bit more and then when I got my payment through they set me up with the trustee named David which has helped me in more ways than I can imagine I am glad that I took this opportunity to talk with cactus to help me through this rough time that we're having and helping me to correct it I advise anybody that needs to have this done to continue on with them and allow them to do their job which they do a great job thank you very much from Harold staranchuk

He was very personal and understanding also kept me understanding clearly my next steps.
