The gentleman who delivered my order, sorry I didn't get his name, was very polite and professional. There had been an earlier fault with the coffee machine which had been resolved but he asked if it was ok to check it over and actually did a software upgrade on it. I had queries about decaf coffee and if the machine dispensed it and he took the time to go over the process with me.
Excellent customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure our machine was in the best possible condition.

We love our Jura Gigha X3 machine - the coffee is quick, hot, delicious and it is so simple to use and clean.
The customer service was next level throughtout the process, delivery and set up in person was much appreciated. I cannot recommend Russell and Caffia highly enough, they are 5*.
