Excellent Service

Having dealt with Caffia for almost a year now, all I can do is give them praise as it's well deserved.
They are a great company to do business with who always meet my needs a their staff are always very helpful and friendly.
Never had any issues with their service or products and even if I did, I'm sure they would rectify them in an instant.
A pleasure to do business with.

I got an email offering me a £10 discount on my next order which happened to be this one but the code refused to work, so much for my discount

Outstanding

Outstanding - I ordered, as usual, 6 packs of my coffee. By mistake they only sent one but before it had arrived here and I noticed, they contacted me by email, apologised and sent the other 5 packs. The coffee is exactly what I want in a good strong espresso but coupled with the customer service this is an A* company. Others should take note

The BEST Coffee in a coffee bag ever?

We had our first experience of Caffia coffee in a bag at a recent stay at Sheraton hotel in Edinburgh. Both my wife and I instantly loved it!! So much, when we came home one of the first things we did was order 100 standard coffee in a bag and also 100 of your decaffeinated coffee bags. They've arrived very quickly. Compared to the Taylors Coffee in a Bag the Caffia are SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper and we think much much better. A brand new find. Absolutely DELIGHTED!!!

The Caffia decaf espresso sachets are really good and a convenient way that non-caffiene drinkers can still have coffee from the same machine. Caffia's service was quick and is always reliable.
