Oh wow, where have these been all my life! they are the best brownies I've ever had!! Fantastically well packaged (so they dont get squished in transit) and in a fab box - what a brill present I just bought myself :)

As the saying goes......"I'll be back"

I ordered a box for my son and his girlfriend at uni. There was a problem with the delivery going to the wrong address but I really couldn't fault the customer service response - prompt, friendly and empathetic. They reshipped without me having to ask and when the package arrived everybody loved them. Really fantastic company, I'd recommend them to anybody and will certainly use them again!

WOW I cannot praise this company enough!
The customer service team are brilliant and go above and beyond to help you, and as for the Brownies they are probably the best I have ever purchased.
I would recommend to anyone and I will certainly order from them again thank you.

Wow I have to admit I had never heard of this company before but boy am I glad I found them. Amazing packaging, amazing service and above all absolutely amazing out of this world cakes. We went for the indulgence box and indulgence it is. Honestly you need to stop looking for the best brownies on search engines because they are here. New customer and I won't be going anywhere else. Faultless with every aspect. Thank you Cakehead 😊😊 xxx

Amazing brownies! I ordered gluten and dairy free for someone who is intolerant and they said they were the best she’s ever had. Excellent service from Lauren who was able to help with an issue I had with the address for delivery. I especially appreciated the speedy and personal customer service. Look forward to ordering from them again!

Cakehead ticks all the boxes. I have ordered their brownies as gifts as well as for treats at home. They are delicious and there is something for everyone from their range yummy brownies packed in beautiful boxes. I received amazing personal services and have been asked on many occasions to share their details. This speaks for itself. Thank you Cakehead.

Ordered a vegan GF box - amazing from start to finish! And that includes the customer service, the website, the delivery, the presentation and packaging, and of course the taste of the bakes inside. Absolutely delicious - Cake Head are pros!

Wow it's so hard to fine a vegan cake that does not taste like the box.
Cake head fantastic cakes the chocolate orange brownies yummy
The Millionaire shortbread wow better than the normal version.
All I say is Try. Try Try wow wow yummy.

I wanted to order multiple boxes of goodies including vegan options to be delivered on a set day for a special occasion. From my very first contact, the customer experience was excellent. Everyone loved their delicious surprises! I’d definitely recommend Cakehead & will use them again!

Amazing cakes, fantastic delivery, scrumptious

I've bought from Cakehead several times and always found the product quality consistent and delicious with easy ordering. On one occasion when I needed to speak to customer service, Lauren was very helpful and sorted me without any difficulty

I have ordered a number of times now. Always delivered on time, always utterly delicious. Tend to go for the Indulgent and Vegan options. It’s especially fantastic being able to send to Vegan family and friends. They feel very pampered. This time the two boxes I sent were to go with “a nice cup of tea” whilst planning a very unexpected funeral. The second in six months. When they arrived I had messages saying they couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you Cakehead. X 💕

We had the Indulgent Box given as a gift, even though there was 18 cakes as a family of 4 with a few friends had them completed within 2 days.
The double chocolate brownie was my favourite and the packaging is so well designed, these boxes do genuinely make you smile.

Cakehead is THE place to go for cake. For me they are unmatched when it comes to the contemporary range they offer and the quality of their bakes, which is outstanding. Special mention to the vegan range which is head and shoulders above anything else I’ve tasted- particularly the vegan caramel shortbread and the brownie. I have ordered for both personal consumption and gifted to friends and family and they deliver every time. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Cakehead. Their customer service is second to none, always going above and beyond and I always look forward to an excuse to order.

deliver on time, packing was good, tasted great, the only problem was the caramel shortcake was all broken the base was way from the toffee and chocolate was broken and that my favorite that you for the email that good service i replyed

I have used Cakehead twice now both times as gifts. The box I sent, I personally did not taste, but was assured by the recipient that the contents were wonderful. The second box, the Happy Box, I sent as an 80th Birthday present. The box arrived within the appointed time and was beautifully boxed. The contents, which I was very pleased to be able to sample, were absolutely superb. This startup firm deserve to be patronised and I wish them every success now and in the future. I cannot give them enough praise. A big thank you.
