It's just a dropshipping store with chinese products. SCAM SCAM SCAM avoid at all cost.

I have ordered from Cake Maternity since 2020 and purchased numerous bras.
In my last two orders, two bras (priced at £60 each) have become faulty with the wire popping out of the seam.
These bras have never been handled or washed any differently to the others I have worn.
Contacted customer service about this and all they could offer was 20% off a future purchase. How can something so expensive break so quickly and easily and not be replaced?
I will NEVER buy from them again and consider the customer service appalling.
There are better maternity bras out there at a fraction of the cost.

Cake Maternity have such comfy bras! I got the Tutti Frutti style and have 4 at the moment because I wear them all the time. They are honestly comfy enough that I sometimes go to sleep in them! I was unsure about size but the live chat helped me figure out what would be the best fit and because I got a size small it had a bit of range in the size which was good. They are a tiny bit on the expensive side but for the comfort level I got it is well worth it.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering from Cake Maternity. Purchased a few bras, kept most but wanted to return a couple - online returns system was not available for one and I have tried and failed to reach their customer service team for over a month. The only customer service contact available is a bot on their website which doesn’t actually ever take you through to a human, and an email address which seems to be unmanned given that I’ve had no responses to my emails/ tweets. No UK telephone number available. I’m at a loss as to what to do, now stuck with £50+ which don’t fit. Completely useless and won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid at all costs.
