I waited a while for m order which looked nothing as described. I contacted the company who tried several times to offer me a partial refund, each time the offer was increased but I was so annoyed I refused. They then attempted to put me off returning the items by saying that I was responsible the thecost of the return but I insisted on returning the item. Yes, it cost me £20 to return the item back to Hong Kong (contrary to their website and email address they arent based in the UK) but I considered it worth it to prove a point. Dont fall for their sharp practice.

Pretty sure this is a scam website. Order hasn't arrived after 17 days.

Scam company based in Hong Kong purchased 100% cotton kaftan but its polyester company do not want to do a return or refund despite the item looking worth a couple of quid cost a lots of money over £50 disgusted be warned don’t shop with this company.

This Company is a disgrace and needs to cease trading asap.
Bought a smart watch based on their reviews - watch took 12 days to arrive - watch subsequently found to be defective in that the face was not secured to the body of the watch.
Requested refund and offered 20% of the refund - suggested I return goods to Hong Kong at my expense - rogues who should be closed down.

AI pictures, lies about size/volume and product spec and then when you contact customer service they change the info on the product page and try to gaslight you about it. It's insane. And then they expect you to pay for postage to Hong Kong if you want a refund. This is not a legitimate company. Avoid at all costs.

I awarded only 1 star because zero is not possible. I purchased what I thought was a lovely little green egg boiler. When it eventually arrived it was packaged in an already used box. The instructions are in Chinese (I think) and the plug is a flat 2 pin one. I tried to contact Trading Standards which is all so difficult. So I gave up. It’s a lesson to me - check out companies before buying from. Calder and Grey saw me coming. Nice one guys.
As a later update I have now seen similar reviews and will be contacting the TV programme “RIP Off Britain”.

I have emailed this company as l have had zero response from them about an order that l have placed. I should have looked at these reviews before l ordered as l think l have been scammed. No tracking no answers to emails just dead. So upset that l didn't google them before.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Complete scammers. I ordered 2 womens shirts. Material was cheap and shiny and they buttoned up the wrong way. Certainly not worth £27 each. Was told I could return them to Hong Kong at my own expense, despite their website appearing to be in the UK. Offered me 40% refund which I refused. I have now raised a dispute through PayPal. Avoid at all costs.

Scam company. Watch was useless. Downloaded a corrupt app to my phone had to clean phone. insisting they want a video of fault which is impossible

Ordered boots 10 Sept. Cancelled 11 Sept! They refused to accept cancelled as they had processed! Tracking number that gave no tracking. They turned up on the door step without notification. Awful. Smell of cheap plastic vinyl material. Too tight on toes despite saying 38. Return: the customer has to pay the shipping to Hong Kong even though their website indicates they are a UK company. A small refund for something not as advertised and too small. Check AI before ordering anything from this facade.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The goods I received were nothing like the boots advertised. Extremely disappointed with the service from Calder & Grey regarding Order no 1586. The returns process is clearly designed to discourage customers from getting their money back. They initially tried to avoid a full refund by offering a 30% partial refund to keep the product. When I pushed for a full return, they provided instructions that left me liable for expensive international return shipping to Hong Kong. At no point was the potential liability for these shipping costs made clear to me. I have had to involve my bank to resolve this dispute. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
