I really like the product …

I really like the product and have order more. My second order was delivered to the wrong address ( in a totally different country). I contacted customer service and the problem was rectified, it took a week which was fine but I would have appreciated an update during that time letting me know that they fixed the problem. I sent a couple of emails during that time asking for an update, especially since my CC had already been charged

Gives me hypersensitivity

I am using a pink serum and Night recovery complex, i must say it is the worst experience ever. I don't use any other stuff except Tallow cream. After application i get red face and it gets very sensitive. Next day my skin looks like i had a procedure done, like microneedling and it has tousands of small bubbles and feels like my skin got burned. Day after my skin is dry and fels like leader. Third day my skin is flaky and is peeling. A week after application my skin still has this tiny bubbles is reddish and cannot hold makeup. This was my third time trying after second recovery and down time of two weeks. It makes my skin hypersensitiv so I cannot imagine putting this complex on a skin after procedures. It sets me back for 2 weeks. A nightmare, sadly.

Sadly did not work for me

Sadly did not work for me. I took a chance on this expensive product and ordered it twice for a 12 week period and I saw no new growth. I followed directions to the letter and unfortunately it just did not help.

I had a subscription that I needed to…

I had a subscription that I needed to postpone one month out- from Dec. to Jan. My credit card was charged in Dec. so I did ask for the card to be credited, and then be charged when the items shipped in Jan. I was told that was not possible and it was suggested I cancel the subscription, so I did. Love the product, but not sure why the company could not accommodate.

We completely understand your concerns regarding the timing of your subscription. In this case, the request to postpone the order was made after the subscription order had already been created and your card had been charged, and at that stage the products were already packed and prepared for shipping. Once an order has entered this fulfilment process, we’re unfortunately no longer able to change the delivery date or modify the charge.

However, as an exception in your case, our team was still able to cancel the order and reverse the payment for you, and we were happy to arrange this to help resolve the situation.

For future flexibility, customers can manage their subscriptions directly in their account — including changing the next delivery date or skipping an order — anytime before the order is created for shipping. After the order has been generated, these changes are no longer possible.

We truly appreciate your feedback and fully understand your concerns in this situation. If you’d like to continue with your treatments, we’d be very happy to help you reactivate your subscription at any time and ensure the schedule works better for you going forward.

Improvement already

I've only been using the 'little pink bottle' for a month and there's already a slight change and considering my age (82) I find that encouraging. I have always used good skin care products and it has paid off as my skin is still in good condition. The secret to any product success is to USE IT :)

I love the scalp serum

I love the scalp serum. Have been using it for 3 weeks. My hair doesn’t get oily and it doesn’t irritate my scalp from the serum. Too early to tell whether it’s working or not but I have very high hopes.

Do not buy

After three full rounds, I can prove this system is a complete failure that offers zero benefit. Instead of hair regrowth, this harsh formula actually thinned my existing hair and triggered a painful skin reaction on my 3rd cycle. This product is a dangerous irritant masquerading as a solution. Save your money and your health by avoiding this expensive scam.

un sérum qui marche vraiment

Quelques gouttes suffisent. Je n'y croyais pas vraiment mais je l'utilise depuis 28 jours et je sens ma peau plus douce et surtout plus dense. Mes rides me semblent moins marquées. Je vois une nette différence et ma peau n'a aucune mauvaise réaction.
C'est sûr, je vais continuer de m'en servir.

High Risk Shipping Experience for an Expensive Order

My ~$300 order was delayed without any notification. I only learned about the delay after emailing Calecim to ask where my order was. Even then, no shipment email was sent—the only notification I received came directly from FedEx, not Calecim.

The order was eventually shipped in multiple FedEx packages with mandatory signature required, with no ability to redirect, hold, or manage delivery due to shipper restrictions. During the holiday season, this is extremely inconvenient.

I stayed home waiting for delivery, yet no knock or doorbell, followed by a “we missed you” notice. Redelivery is scheduled while I’ll be on vacation, and I’m not allowed to request a vacation hold, so there’s a real risk I may not even receive my order.

In my opinion, the serum is the only product worth buying. The rest were underwhelming for the price, which makes the entire experience harder to justify.

Between the poor communication, delivery risks, and lack of flexibility, I would not recommend ordering from Calecim.

Amazing products

Amazing products! I noticed improvements in my skin literally I overnight. There are countless expensive skincare products outv there Ive used for months & I never saw a difference in my skin. Improve scalp health and hair density

My scalp was inflamed with itchiness/ redness/ and concerning hair loss. I tried red light therapy, minoxidil, and many expensive hair serum. Nothing brought consistent result. I am so glad I found and tried the hair serum. I followed the product instructions and saw amazing results. My scalp felt much more balanced and much less hair loss after the first couple of bottles. And I actually see lots of hair growth after for first couple of months. I am now in my 4th month of using this product and I can't be happier that I finally found a way to restore my hair density - less shedding, more growth and maintaining. I have been recommending this product to my friends and family.

Improved After a Little Public Encouragement

Update:
After my original review, a tracking number magically appeared — apparently all it needed was a public performance to materialize. The package showed up a couple of days later, which was honestly faster than I expected at that point. And yes, the free gift did make its grand entrance too, so credit where it’s due. The ending was much better than the beginning, even if the plot twist required a little nudge.

Placed my order on December 1, with their promise of shipping in 1–3 days. Cute promise — except nothing shipped. Instead, I got copy‑paste replies about “exceptionally high volume of Black Friday promotion orders.” Translation: we didn’t plan ahead, but we’ll pretend this is normal.

Then customer service assured me my order would be delivered on December 17. Delivered! Except… no tracking, no package, no surprise. Today is December 18, and I’m still waiting, though I must admit the suspense is almost theatrical.

And let’s not forget the complimentary gift they like to mention — according to other reviews, it has a habit of vanishing somewhere between promise and reality. I suppose mine will be joining that tradition.

The attitude is just as bad as the logistics. I was even considering subscribing — but why subscribe to a service that can’t even ship what you already paid for? If this is “professional,” I’d hate to see amateur hour.
