Awesome product but Nightmare customer service

Love the product itself but the company has no idea how to manage their logistics. I usually order from an authorized retailer but for the first time ordered directly from Calecim during BF sale. My order arrived a week later, missing a bottle of serum ($100) - multiple emails later, their customer service continues to ask the same rhetorical question “can you share the details & image of the shipped package?” - I provided the requested details twice, only for them to ask the exact same question again.

Their website also mentions complimentary samples but none were ever sent.

UPDATE: After some back-forth, I finally received my missing item as well as an extra bottle of the serum.

We would like to clarify that the complimentary gifts were shipped on 4 December. However, due to the exceptionally high volume of Black Friday orders, delivery was unfortunately delayed beyond our usual timelines. We sincerely apologise both for this delay and for the lack of clear communication throughout the process.

To resolve the matter, our customer care team has since been in touch and arranged not one but two replacement shipments for the complimentary gift(s). These are now on the way and scheduled to be delivered on 19 December and 20 December, respectively.

We regret that this experience fell short of expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is being shared internally to help us improve both our logistics and communication moving forward.

Ordered on the 22nd November

Ordered on the 22nd November. Was provided with tracking but the item has been stuck with Royal Mail since 25th November. Despite numerous attempts to get Calecium Professional to rectify I’m continually fobbed off saying that it’s in transit… it’s not

Nice product but customer service isn't great.

I received an email saying a complimentary gift would be included in my next subscription order. It was not! When I contacted csutomer support (took longer than promised two days) they said I was only sent what I ordered. When I replied to look at the email chain, they didn't even bother with a reply.
Such poor customer service makes me doubt the integrity of the product and I am now considering cancelling my subsciption.

UPDATE: Initially I rated Calecim as a one star due to their lack of keeping their word and poor follow through. After my Trustpilot review I did get an email from customer service, and today, 31/12/25 finally received the free gift they had promised to include in my December shipment. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars as I like the product. I have removed one star as they really need to improve their shipping and customer service. No matter how good a product, if the rest of the experience is poor, people will go elsewhere. I will review my purchase experience over the coming months and may adjust my score and report accordingly.

Product arrived timely

Product arrived timely. Absorbs very quickly. Has a different smell… but not awful… and it goes away fast. Applied before and after micro needling and skin was great the next day. Not quite finished the first bottle yet. I use it sparingly as it is very expensive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON CALECIM

CALECIM did not meet their promised shipping timetable as promised. Their Customer Service is impossible to call and does not respond to email requests (the only way they say to contact them) and when they do it takes well over a week most of the time. This company is absolutely NOT worth the time !

Great products, bad choice of delivery company

I like the products (i've bought them before), but the delivery service they use is horrible. This partucular package has been "stuck" at the delivery facility for over two weeks at this point.

Regarding the serum’s scent, this comes from the high concentration of active, bio-identical proteins and peptides in the formula. We do not add masking fragrances, as these can interfere with skin compatibility, which is why the natural scent may be more noticeable compared to fragranced products.

We’d also like to clarify that your two orders were placed on 28 November, so it has been under two weeks of use. While some customers notice early improvements in hydration and skin texture, visible rejuvenation results typically require consistent use over 6–8 weeks, in line with the skin’s natural skin-renewal cycle.

Great products, but missing items from Black Friday orders and rude, dismissive customer services = loss of a repeat customer

On the PLUS side : I was an early adopter of the hair treatment after reading all the research. It has made a spectacular difference to my hair. Hair products have always been dispatched quickly and my subscription was easy to manage.
On the NEGATIVE side: Problems started with the Black Friday special offers this November. I have still not received some parts of my orders. Even though Calecim’s,dispatch emails to me clearly say ‘parts of your order’ have been dispatched’, I can’t get customer services to believe that they’ve not arrived, So. I’m a substantial amount of money out of pocket and made to feel I’m in the wrong (and also perhaps it’s implied I’m being dishonest). Add to that the dismissive and rude replies from customer services when I also queried emails received about a subscription set up for a one off Black Friday gift order (which didn’t have a subscription attached to it) and needless to say I won’t be back. Calecim has just lost a loyal retrun customer who has always promoted the efficacy of the hair treatment to family, friends and professionals and I was just about to embark on routine use the facial products too - drat!

Love this skincare.

Love this skincare.. Ive never had such a rapid transformation from any other skin care regime. As a flight attendant this skincare leaves me dewy and hydrated and Ive also seen my wrinkles disappearing. Highly recommend.
