The delivery was great, very fast. Excellent Customer service, I made a mistake with my postcode, contacted them and straight away I received a reply. I was very pleased to see how everything is nicely packaged. I’m now on the second phase of the hair treatment and still a bit early to see any results.

I can feel the difference in my skin. Look forward to see what a couple months will do.

I used to struggle with a lot of breakouts on my face, to the point where it really affected my confidence. But ever since I started using Calecim, everything changed. My skin became clear, bright, and glowing. Even when I go two days without applying it, my face still looks amazing with no breakouts. Thanks to Calecim, I feel confident again.

The serum went on smoothly and my skin drank it up the day after micro needling. It helped to calm and hydrate my skin.

I purchased the advanced hair system. I was dubious at first as to how well it would work given the amount of ineffective products out there. However, I must say that I am very impressed with this. I’m currently on my second round and have seen notable differences in my hair growth. A bald patch I had is much more filled now a new hair growth is evident in other areas too. Although not a miracle for baldness, I feel this product can really help make a difference to thinning hair.

The serum is OK however I really don’t notice any difference. Maybe it’s meant to be more done after micro needling right now. I have only been able to use it without the micro needling being involved.

I’ve been using the PTT serum and multi-action cream for almost 3 weeks and I am extremely happy with the results. I turned 50 this year and really started to notice the fine lines and crepey look around my eyes. After 3 weeks of consistent use, my skin looks more plump, smooth, and the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes are definitely improving. I am very happy and will continue to purchase!!!

i tried to cancel my subscription because I got an eye infection (but that doesn't matter, I shouldn't have to give a reason), they told me I have to buy a minimum of three products before they cancel, that is illegal. They have taken over a week to respond and I have to follow up multiple times before they answer. this is another fraudulent company, don't buy from them.

Extremely poor customer service.
I was lied to several times in regards to receiving the 1.5ml sample promised with every purchase. The first time it happened I wrote to them as there was an item missing ( item was on the invoice) and they told me it didn't come with my order even after sending screenshots etc. They then told me they would include it with my next order if I wanted to purchase again.The second time I ordered, they not only didn't include the samples they went ahead and said the promo was over last time that's why I didn't receive one - it was not as I had sent screenshots of the 'promo' when I ordered and a screenshots of the second time where it clearly stated all over the website. Not only that but I went to redeem a product from my rewards and they didn't add it to my order. The thing is the bottles are 5ml. That's 3ml that I didn't receive that I was promised so it's actually quite a lot of product and at this price point($160 a 5ml bottle) you feel like you're getting a bit more value but they don't fulfill what they advertise and then lie and refuse to accept their mistake. The creams and serum are OK...not super amazing for the price and there are way better brands out there that don't treat their customers like idiots and actually deliver on what they promise. That's a huge no no on my end. I have told my friends and family to avoid this company by the sheer garbage from their customer service, the price point is poor for what you get so I really don't recommend this brand at all. I actually wonder if they are stealing from the company as both invoices I have received had an extra item which I never received (the 1.5ml serum) or whether they are doing some kind of tax fraud or something??? Super SUS. Avoid!

Since I can't reply to the response I received.

This is the exact thing I was talking about them doing. I had provided them with screenshots of the serum promo on both occasions to show them that It was advertised as running. Which was completely ignored.
2nd- Yes I received a black Friday promo but that is not what the issue was which was as noted before - they told me they would add the 'promo' serum to my second order and did not and backtracked to say the promo wasn't running then when questioned about it being on the website and clearly presented with evidence was ignored. Thirdly the reward in question ( from their rewards program) that was not added despite trying to add it to my cart at least 5 times and emailing them about it was not added this has nothing to do with Black Friday sales whatsoever. I garuntee they will not be emailing me like they've written in this response. DODGY! Buyer BEWARE

Re: re: OMG lol what even is happening here. They keep changing and re writing their response and saying I had a hundred and something points when I have screenshots of 400+ points and now it's 612 lol what is actually going on this is embarrassing. The same 1.5ml 'promo' is still running too.

Calecim you could have easily admitted to and corrected your mistake in the first place but now you're even blatantly lying on this review. CRAZY!

I have never had such an odd and crazy experience shopping ever!

Les produits sont agréables à utiliser..à part l odeur du serum.
Mais pour le moment je ne vois aucuns des merveilleux résultats ventés par l'entreprise et par les ''influenceuses''..pas d'effet lifting..des années de gagnées et j'en passe.
Comme cela doit faire environ 1mois d'usage et que j'ai plus de 45 ans je laisse une chance au produit encore 2 mois.
Si je ne vois pas de résultats je laisse tomber car mes anciens produits moins chers marchaient mieux.

Cream came broken. I think it was offer so company felt ok to send me broken one.

A great service with communication and getting in contact with someone in general. Their response time is wonderful!

Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt. The product itself appears to be wonderful quality. One drop goes a LONG way. As a scientist I’m keenly interested in the research. I realize results won’t occur overnight, but my skin appears to be healthier and more elastic in a very short period of time without a heavy, greasy layer on top of the skin.

Even my husband noticed the difference in my dark shadows! The skin is plumper and the wrinkles diminished. I couldn't be happier with the product. It is well worth the price tag!
