As a busy parent, one of the things I’ve always struggled with is staying consistent with working out. Since joining Calisthenics Amsterdam, that’s completely changed. The structure of the program and the support from the coaches have made such a difference for me.

The coaches are incredibly helpful, and what I appreciate most is that they really see me as a person. They know when to encourage me, challenge me, and celebrate my progress. Over the last year, I’ve made so much more progress than I ever expected, and I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come.

If you’re looking for a supportive environment that helps you stay consistent and keeps you motivated, especially if you have a busy life, I can highly recommend Calisthenics Amsterdam.

The people in this community (members and coaches) are what makes it more than just coming to a class. They help you thrive, keep showing up and celebrate the big and small wins! Definitely recommend trying it out and experience it yourself

I've been training at Gym Calisthenics Amsterdam and honestly can't recommend the coaching enough. What's made the biggest difference for me is the structure and guidance, I've tried getting fit on my own before and always lost momentum, but this is the first time I've actually managed to stick to a plan consistently.
The results speak for themselves, real improvements in both my weight and my strength. Having a coach who keeps me accountable and gives me a clear plan to follow has been exactly what I needed. If you're someone who struggles to stay consistent on your own, this place will change that.

I would recommend everyone to try this amazing gym! Great people, great vibes and awesome trainers. The classes are varied and challenging yet suitable to every level. In short, there is something for everyone. The community is also very welcoming which is a great plus!

I started at Calisthenics Amsterdam as a total beginner, I knew a few basics, like planks, but I had never tried handstands, dips, skin the cat, or anything really advanced. My big goal was to be able to do a handstand, and I have to say, the experience was amazing. The classes are super fun, and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, not just about technique, but also about guiding each of us to build confidence. They really helped me tackle my fears, step by step, with progressions that kept me safe but also challenged. I saw myself grow quickly, and the class structure really supports that. The warm-ups are playful, so I get out of my head and into my body, and then we focus on technique toward my goal. Plus, there is also personal training sessions, and they were just a total highlight, so detailed, so tailored to what each person needs. I can’t recommend it enough, whether you’re just starting or ready to push your limits, this is a fantastic place to grow!

As a busy parent I was looking for something that could offer accountability, quality and community. I found all those things and more. Incredible trainers that truly take their time with your needs, professional advice based on trackable metrics. Truly grateful.

Great place in Amsterdam-North with a lot of knowledge about calisthenics and how to train your body for real. Love it!

De begeleiding van de trainers is professioneel en persoonlijk waardoor ik in enkele maanden grote stappen heb gemaakt in mijn skills van Calisthenics! Daarnaast ga ik altijd met veel plezier trainen, omdat de community die daar is zo een leuke en fijne support is, voelt als thuiskomen ;))

What an amazing club! Very personal, very professional - a real community driven club. Highly recommend!
