Since Call-On-Doc has multiple providers on our medical team, refill requests may be reviewed and prescribed by a different provider depending on availability and the clinical review of each request. We understand your concern regarding the additional fee for a doctor’s note. We would like to clarify that this $20 processing charge is disclosed as part of our visit process. Before submitting a visit, patients are asked to review and acknowledge our Supplemental Disclosure, which specifically states that a $20 processing charge applies when requesting an excuse note or doctor’s letter.

We strive to be transparent about applicable fees and processes before a visit is submitted, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as an opportunity to further clarify this information for our patients.
