This whole process was quick and easy
This whole process was quick and easy. I used this to get antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection. Prescription was processed and sent to pharmacy very quickly. Twenty-four hours later, my ear is already starting to feel much better with less pain and clogging. I would have had to wait 2-3 days to see my PCP or spend the money and time going to urgent care if not for this service. Highly recommend.

I waited all day for two misspelled sentences
I waited all dayâ9:32am est is when I submitted the consultation, and I finally got a response around 5pm estâ for a 2 sentence response (with spelling errors) from an NP regarding a consultation I put in for a minor skin infection (scrape on my knee that wasnât healing). Iâve used them for other things in the past without issue, but if this particular visit was my first interaction with Callondoc, I would never use them again. It wasnât until I sent a message asking for a refund and threatening to dispute the charge with AMEX that I got a response. Unacceptable.

Thank you for being there for me. I have used CallonDoc several times and they have been there for me without a hesitation.Once I got on their site it was easy and simple. Their response is quick and spot on. If you need a doctor quick I highly recommend them. Only problem I have is trying to get online to use their website. No more 90 day refills
I was a happy subscriber for several years, when call in doc would fill my prescriptions for 90 days at a time.
Now, they only fill them for 30 days. Which means 3X the visit fees. I will shop for a new subscription service
Other than that, I mean, they work like all the rest of them. Same limitations, same benefits.
