Would give a zero if I could - dreadful company poor customer service they just ignore you when you contact them with an issue I suggest whole heartedly you steer clear of them. The rings don’t work don’t fit properly and are useless. Tried to do a return but been completely ignored. Been sending emails since August. Save your money.

Very poor quality product Absolutely awful customer service

The website says I have money back guarantee for 30 days but I've been contacting them for several weeks now via email as well as social media and I am being ignored. I haven't even worn the ring and contacted within days of receiving as its too big but im being ignored. SCAM

Dropped a dress size in 3 weeks! Been doing my usual walks but nothing extra. I reckon the ring helps with cravings cause I don’t feel as snacky lately.

I purchased the ring from the company. I waited for a few weeks for it to arrive..
When it arrived looked good but after two weeks one of the magnets has fallen out.
Not happy now

Received my rings about 8 weeks ago and thought i would give them ago before reviewing, They came in a beautiful box and the rings looked great! my daughter wore her ring for about 3 weeks it was to big tried to resize but then the stones fell out! I have tried to get on with mine but again its to big cannot resize which makes it chunky and uncomfortable. Cannot say i have had any weight loss or better sleep. Waste of money i have now stopped wearing

Placed an order but it was never delivered. I spoke to royal mail and they confirmed it was a lost package and that Calmara would need to make a claim. Calmara customer services said I had to get proof that royal mail had said this and refused to contact royal mail. Trying to be awkward about giving a refund. Very unprofessional. I have had to contact my card provider for a refund.

Do not order from this company, customer service is the worst i have ever came across they are not interested in you if want a refund.
Ring and bracelet are not adjustable as advertised.
So disappointed and still waiting for correspondence on help to get refund ???

Would give a 0 if I could absolutely the worst customer service ever. If you buy from them beware, their product does not work and if you want to send it back - well good luck as they ignore you, they say you can’t send back if worn, so you wear it, it doesn’t work and can’t return, an absolute scam. I have emailed over 20 times and not one response back. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Went to check the tracking ,it has stopped working, website not working either think this is scam, very disappointed as was a gift ,now going to bank to alert them try get my money back

Very disappointed with the ring and the company. The ring came with one of the magnets missing! I have emailed 3 times to request return and nobody is getting back to me! They have no instructions how to return on their website! This is totally unacceptable!

Don’t buy off this company they don’t keep to their promises

This ring was too big and at first customer service were helpful in giving me tips to make the ring smaller. I don’t want to use pliers!! I decided I wanted to return the ring (which is in perfect condition) and get a refund. Almost six months on and approx 7 or 8 emails later, I still have nothing!! I plan to investigate how to take this further, with trading standards and suchlike

Die Ringe verfügen über gar keine Magnete nur zugeklebte Öffnungen. Das einzige was wie in der Werbung ist, ist die Verpackung. Paket aus China. Verzichte auf weitere Kontakversuche mit dem Kundenservice und verbuche es als total Flopp. Ja nichts kaufen bei dieser Firma!!

Very poor quality.

Looked nothing like what I ordered when it came. Gave it a go wearing it and I ended up with a horrible sore in my hand after wearing the ring. Do not buy from this company. Their products are terrible and misleading

Honestly had enough. If Calamara responds again, please just refund my order and stop the nonsense. Nearly two months ago, I made 6 attempts to get in contact, and still nothing. Complete joke. Please avoid this company. Stop asking me to contact you through this and then ignore me.
