Quick/prompt response when my order was incorrect.

This was my first purchase from Cambria and I will definitely keep them in mind in the future. The 100% elbow guards arrived quickly and were packaged well. Also couldn't beat the clearance pricing.

I ordered a helmet from them, the helmet was great and looked good but was the wrong size, I needed to order a smaller size. If you read their website it states they don’t do exchanges but instead to return the item and order a new one because they can’t guarantee they will have it in stock.

So I go through their difficult return process of emailing their staff multiple times just to get a response, they say it’s approved and I can send the item back, but I have to pay for the shipping to send it back…. Let me get this straight, I bought this item, just need a different size so I need to pay to send it back and then buy another one and have to pay for their shipping to receive it once again? I reached out to their support asking for a shipping label and they said it would be $xx.xx to get a label through them. Again, why not just return it and send me the correct size.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company, their customer service is very poor.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. They do what they need to, and they don’t add unnecessary things to the cost. Honest and helpful!

Got 2 bike shirts for my son at a great price.

The website and checkout was easy to navigate. However the quality of the helmet seems off. The padding feels different than the Leatt helmet I currently have and the visor is set too high and off center so it looks awkward. It also flips up and down too easily.

Easy return once I found the online portal. Slow to response to emails. Sizing of some pads seems off, don't offer free return shipping.

Box was a little messed up no damage on the product other than that everything was great, good communication came relatively fast

I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit correctly. I'm usually an 8.5 w so I sized up to a 9. When I received them, they were extremely small and uncomfortable. The return process was also difficult and confusing and I ended up having to pay for shipping twice for something that was out of my control.

I never got my order. I sent several emails, called and left several messages. I finally got a call back, and was told my wheel got taken by the wrong carrier, there's no way to get another one (I find it hard to believe I got THE LAST atlas wheel raceface will make). I was told there was to be a DT Swiss DH wheel ordered, I haven't heard anything since that call which was on Tuesday, August 11.
