I contacted them and asked them to sort my problem. Wrote 3’times and no response. My advice is to use an alternative supplier. Expensive non existent customer service and badly packaged

I ordered 2 plants on 1st March which should have arrived between 3 - 5 working days. On 16th March I emailed stating the plants had not arrived. The plants arrived on 19th March, laying sideways in a cardboard box. They were dried out, the compost had obviously fallen out and the roots of both plants were exposed. I emailed Cambridge Bee requesting either replacement plants or a refund. I have had no response, not even an apology email. Their website no longer allows for reviews to be left

Bought via amazon, much cheaper incorrect plant sent and I have started the refund procedure. I would never use this company again. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes but they picked the wrong person.

After reading these reviews, having already placed an order, I was ready to write off my purchase.
Five days later (3 working days) it was despatched on 48 hour Royal Mail delivery. I presume they had to let the pot dry out a bit. The packaging, whilst not seemingly specialist for the purpose (no plant labels or this way up).. the plant inside was well packed and survived the experience very, very well.
The plant is as expected, half the price of elsewhere (albeit, minus a presentation pot) and I'm very happy. Keep the faith, the small shops can deliver.

It has now been more than 15 days since I placed my order. A few days after the purchase I received notice that Royal Mail had been informed, but since then there has been no progress and my parcel has not been delivered.
After repeatedly contacting you by text and email over the past 14 days, I still have no resolution. This is unacceptable and shows very poor service.
I therefore request a full refund as I have not received the goods I paid for, just recived 14 days delivery so I can revived them. According to Royal Mail the good never been revived by them

I received order confirmation and then nothing. Hadn't been shipped 10 days later and they never responded to my email asking about this.
Disputed the payment though my credit card and got a refund.
I'm assuming they just hope you forget about your order, absolutely dreadful company and avoid at all costs.

My plant arrived dead and limp , I tried to contact them but their phone number on the website listed doesn’t work. They give me no reply to my email. I have to contact’s advice bureau how can they rip off people like this?
Till now, no contact from them whatsoever. I’ve got all the photos and documents needed.

What a sorry company Cambridge Bee is, I ordered a plant on the 29 May via Amazon,it was supposedly dispatched same day, I was told would take up to 12 days delivery — this caused me concern for the plant so after 6 days I sent a message to cancel and refund as the plant would be in a poor state by then,but the response was “ your parcel must be lost we will send a replacement “— no updates, no further information, eventually the delivery date passed and Amazon issued a refund.I had been blaming the courier company they use but I wander if the plant was even dispatched! ! !

if there was the option for zero stars I would have selected that. Avoid, avoid, avoid - they're happy to take your money and don't deliver. Customer service is pathetic...If they went into liquidation...that would be what they and their poor customer service team deserve

I wish I had checked the reviews on here before purchasing from them. I order a ZZ Zenzi plant. Had to chase for two weeks for it to be despatched with several emails to them and promises back from them. Finally arrived and was not a ZZ Zenzi but a regular ZZ plant. Was charged a fortune for a tiny specimen I could purchase in a garden centre for £7.00.
I have emailed them three times for a refund and unsurprisingly they have gone silent. I will now have to pursue this through my bank.
Also be aware Cambridge Bee trades as BellaMosaica on Etsy. Reviews are bad and I have got stung by them on there too.
Now I start the fight for refunds for what is miss-selling and fraudulent advertising.
I’m shocked
I’m shocked. I received lime leaf plant. Not only was it tiny but the plant has scale. The leaves are curled into tubes and falling off. I’ve spoken to the company and I’m hoping they will send me a replacement. I say I’m hopeful because I can see that this company has terrible reviews. I should have read the reviews first - I would not have purchase from them. Let’s hope they do the right thing and then I can write a positive review!
Avoid this company
Received an Hibiscus as a surprise present from my daughter. It arrived in a flimsy cardboard box completely void of any description of what it contained (fragile/Live plants etc.) Consequently it was destroyed in transit. I phoned Cambridge Bee three times (spoke to Milan, Sam, Helen) each time nobody would commit to a solution other than someone would call back - nobody ever did, I have emailed Cambridge Bee - no reply. Helen did suggest that I should take it up with Royal Mail!!! Sorry Helen you chose to take my daughters money and ship the item in shoddy unmarked packaging therefore its for you to deal with. I would strongly suggest that you avoid Cambridge Bee.
Do staff have a clue?
Sent son out there from college to get Finger lime (seen as in stock on website) for me before his return to London for summer. Staff told him they didn't have any. Called and told someone would get back to me. They didn't. Still showing as available on website. Who knows?
So bad I had to write my first ever review
My terrible experience has incensed me to write my first ever Trustpilot review. I ordered a Hoya Bella plant and it arrived very shrivelled and dead. Not just slightly wilted, but like it had been in a bin for weeks dead. I emailed several times but had no response, rang several times and kept being told someone would ring me back, but they didn’t. I posted messages on their Facebook page and was ignored. Someone else also posted on their Facebook page with a very similar problem, but their comments were removed. Eventually I opened a dispute with PayPal and they settled in my favour and returned my money. I wish I could include a photo so you can see how dead the plant was when I received it, it was beyond a joke. If they hadn’t ignored me and had apologised and refunded me I would have just thought ‘these things can happen’, but they’ve now got another one star review over an order worth £30.98. Was it really worth it, Cambridge Bee?
Delighted with the plants
I was a bit concerned after seeing the reviews, but I am delighted with the plants I received. They were very well packaged and are very healthy looking plants. The delivery was a little slower than I expected but they were well worth the wait. Would definitely buy from Cambridge Bee again.

wow what a shocking company to deal with .this so called company, i feel i have been totally scammed by them.
i placed an order , and said company cambridge bee fails to make any contact or reply to any email. despite placing an order, i emailed to cancel, some 16 hours later and a 2nd email, nothing from this company at all. which they could of cancelled my order and just refunded, end of story ??? i also contacted cambridge bee via their facebook, only to be greeted with a reply from them all in greek !!!! i placed an order for a hoya bella hanging, but instead i recieved a rather poor half dead hoya bella on a trellis, which was not in fact what i had ordered, then late last night i had a email from royal mail stating my plant will be delivered, despite two days prior i cancelled or wanted to cancel my order, the company cambridge bee made no effort to contact me in this time, but still proceeed to send the plant all be it the wrong one, as NOT what i had ordered. or states on their website, you expect the odd leave ,the plant arrived, broken, damaged, crispy dried dead leaves looking half dead not the lush pic on their website, all in the box, the trellis was snapped, so not in fact what i had ordered. and for £30. for a half dead plant. not sure how your comapny gets away with it, scamming people, but i have contacted my bank, and i will be contacting stranding standards.because what i have been sent was not what your website states. please buyers beware !!!!!!! do not buy from this company. shocking all round, customer service nil, with no contact or even wanting to rectify any problem !!!!! wish i had read reviews before being ripped off !!!!!!! so wish i could add pictures of what i had in fact been sent. trading standards needs to look into this company .
