They are brilliant. We aren't looking for a marketing provider, we send bulk emails to our members about their benefits with us. Campaign Master are perfect for that. They offer template building service so we can brand our emails for specific clients. The system is easy to use and really helpful for getting results. There customer service is also fantastic, our relationship manager is always straight on it, if we ever need any help. I highly recommend them for a GDPR complaint service.

I had a problem with some missing data (the issue was our end, not Campaign Master's). My call was answered almost immediately. I spoke to Ameeta who understood what I needed straight away, telling me what she was going to do and when. She delivered as promised with a very clear email which succinctly relayed the issue and the solution. Very impressed!

But what truly sets CampaignMaster apart is their outstanding customer service. Whenever we encounter an issue or need guidance, I have a named contact I can email directly. They respond quickly and always ensure I’m connected with the right expert for the problem at hand. Without fail, they manage to find solutions, often going above and beyond to make sure everything works exactly as we need it to.

If you’re looking for a reliable service to create and distribute newsletters—especially to large numbers of subscribers—CampaignMaster is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

With all these things, it's customer support that makes the difference. The platform is relatively easy to use, but from time to time, you do need help with things. They are really quick at responding and resolving any issues or queries for you. They have a support inbox, but, if you need it, you can also speak to people on the phone. It doesn't matter who you speak to, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Campaign Master have been brilliant. The platform is so easy to use, very user friendly, allows you to drag and drop / edit things really easily. There are great reporting tools for your newsletters / emails that enable you to see what worked / didn't work. The team are fabulous - they get back to you so quickly and they are always willing to help. I cannot recommend enough.

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to write one for our email marketing supplier because of their fantastic customer support and the fact they actually take feedback onboard. We’ve requested features and enhancements that have actually been added to the system (and in no time I might add) with clear communication from their development to implementation. If you’re looking for a system that actually works with you to make your email marketing easier and more efficient, I don’t think you can find better than Campaignmaster! :)

Deepa, Ameeta and the team are very approachable and always on hand to help and support with our many questions. We use Campaign Master for our customer solicitations and have built a lengthy automation flow that works really well for us and sends quality communications both via email and SMS. We find the functionality easy to use, but the key is when we do get stuck, the team are on hand to help and we move things forward very quickly.
