A great responsive service from people who care. Really user friendly products and the systems give the information and flexibility I need. The team are always ready to listen to ideas from clients and making upgrades. I actually enjoy using Data Manager and Campaign Master.

The platform works well for our needs, though we would welcome more detailed user documentation to make it easier to explore all of the features independently. Overall, a reliable service with excellent customer support.

I switched to campaign master over a year ago, as I wanted a more personal service and someone who could help when I ran into problems designing and sending email campaigns. I can't express how fantastic the team are, especially Ameeta and Sukh - I contact them A LOT and they also respond quickly and are always happy to help! If you want a personal service and prompt response then make the change!

Fantastic customer service, any issue emailed to them is dealt with very quickly.
Interface could be a little more intuitive - once you know what you are doing it is fine but does require training.

One of the biggest strengths of Campaign Master is its ease of use. Once you get familiar with the interface, creating and sending campaigns becomes quick and straightforward. The email builder is simple but gives you the flexibility to create professional-looking emails without too much hassle.

Shout out to Sukhvir, our account manager, can't not fault him, whenever I had any problems or questions, he promptly solved them for me. Great customer service!

The team at Campaignmaster are outstanding! So friendly, polite and super fast to respond to my emails and phone calls. Quite unusual these days to be able to speak with a supplier so easily. My account manager is always available and she gives me great tips! Their email marketing platform is lovely, really nice, clean user interface and it comes with so much functionality that I may never ever use, but it's there if I need it and I don't pay extra for it either which is another bonus. Highly recommend Campaignmaster if you're looking for a feature rich email marketing platform with the best customer service.

Sukh at CampaignMaster has been SO helpful in getting us set up. We are a district council setting up email marketing for the first time and jumping through lots of hoops to get the system signed off internally before we were allowed to get going. Sukh has been so patient, and helpful responding to many many questions. And we are now set up and again Sukh has guided us through setting up our lists and creating our first campaign. Couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of the support received.

Campaign Master is a user-friendly system that offers a variety of modules to support strong email marketing. Their support team are fantastic. They are quick to respond, excellent at helping me solve my email challenges, and happy to receive feedback which is genuinely used to improve the user experience.

We used CM Advantage for our internal and external communications and the system had all the necessary functionality - split test, scheduling, reporting, data filtering etc, with the option to add extra modules for specialist requirements like forms, landing pages and more.

There were some limitations to the platform (designs and functionality), but there is now an updated version which seems much more responsive and interactive.

Their customer service team was extremely helpful and there was always someone on hand to answer questions about navigating the site.
