I love the site and choice available
I love the site and choice available , however , just one thing.
We were getting slow response from a renter or two . This was frustrating as we were runnni g out of time and needed to be organised for our trip .
When we booked another one of course I needed to cancel the request . The chat told me that there was no guarantee that I would not be charged for cancelling …..
this left me a little worried and confused with the system .
Thankfully we haven’t been charged for the cancellation, maybe an option for cancel request would be good instead of just cancel …
I hope you can understand this .

Very poor experience
Very poor experience, I want my money transferred back to me, we had a credit and it didn’t get applied and still nothing, it’s been over a week.

Van was good. Angie is great to deal with. Too many emails from Camplify and login is painful.

Easy and quick to use compared to other websites.
Site was easy to use and found a Campervan very local to me, the owner was great as far as contact and info.

Highly recommend using Camplify to find and rent a camper van!! Way better rates and service than big companies like Juicy or Indie camper. It’s like Air Bnb but for vans. Just rented a camper van for a week from a local couple and they even held onto our extra luggage while we traveled. Easy user experience and booking process!

My Camplify Experience.
The website was easy to navigate and provided multiple options to review with great details and photos. The response back and payment process was quick and efficient. Excellent experience for my first time renting a camper van.
