The caravan we hired was filthy.
The hot water didn't work
The fridge was feral - had mould in it
The awning did not work property and was filthy
It needed a lot of maintenance done, and a really good clean.

Booked and paid in full for Easter, 6 months ahead. Camper owner ignored comms till last minute and cancelled fully paid booking less than a weeks notice. Scrambled to find plan B. Camplify customer service sent me links for back up vans ....links didnt work. Called customer service who told me to spam book all available vans to try and get last minute booking. Found plan B but messed up 7 camper owners with my machine gun approach. Lots of people's time wasted. I ended up paying an additional $600 for the last minute 4 day booking. All in all, feeling ripped off and I would imagine camper owners probably feel similar. Would not recommend. Flaky camper owners. Poor customer service.

Camplify is an absolute amazing website with so many choices of accommodations to suit every camping need.
We've hired a family caravan a couple of times now, and the options for extras really takes the stress out of packing or cleaning etc. Even having the option to have a caravan dropped off to you is a game changer.
Its incredible to access to a service like this when you can't have your own caravan.

I made a mistake at the beginning of the booking but because I was connected through Camplify with the owner, we were able to change the arrangements from stay to deliver, set up, take down and deliver with the additional charges set out clearly by the owner on the Camplify site… security for hirer and owner.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I attempted to cancel my booking on 18 March — well within the refund policy — because their website was broken and wouldn't process the cancellation. I have video evidence of this.
I emailed, I called, I notified the vehicle owner myself. Their phone system cut me off multiple times, and after 14 minutes on hold I was told to leave a voicemail — which then also cut out.
It took Camplify until 24 hours before the booking to send me a complaint form. 24 hours. After weeks of me chasing them.
Their platform failed, their customer service failed, and now I'm left fighting for a refund I am clearly entitled to. Zero accountability, zero urgency, zero care for the customer.
Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE ❗️⚠️ I was recommended campify on TikTok (last time I ever trust it off the bat). First of all, you’re not able to message the host before hand to check if the car is available, which would be really helpful especially as we had three hosts cancel the booking even though the dates showed available for every one. The last one we booked, confirmed 2 weeks prior and the day before we were using it and messaged them to check told us it was in a “crash”. To make the situation even more difficult, they keep your money for 30 days, hence why we has to keep using the platform, though it proved unreliable.

Our first time using Camplify to find and book a camper trailer went super smoothly. The app is easy to set filters so we found what we wanted easily. The quality of the renter I imagine would affect your overall experience - our guys was FANTASTIC

Found difficult to use the Camplify website to find a caravan. The search is not too good. I needed help by phone. 0330 808 1811 . Even phone was difficult to get through.
Help was given by phone though. Showed me how to search for a caravan in a specific location. Found a caravan. UK.

Couldn’t possibly get better service than what we got from Jason Johnston. Clear and friendly instruction. I’ve booked them again and paid upfront. Trustworthy and all around good blokes. I look forward to dealing with these guys in the future.

So far tried 3 times to book a campervan, unsuccessful each time. And they've still got the money from my first try.

Good process. Would have been 5 stars but My booking was cancelled over a weekend and when I went to re-hire it was a higher price

Dealing with Camplify was good, although the website is a little clunky when searching for details.
I would have given a score of 5 and not 4, because the van provider Brisbane Camperland forget to put the Linen Pack (which I paid $50 extra for) in after I enquired about it at handover.
The follow up work in issuing a credit note back to Camplify by Brisbane Camperland was poor, by forgetting on multiple occasions.
Other than that, Smurfette was well presented and provided an enjoyable experience.

Regina, the gaurdian of Vandy Warhol made everything so easy and the campervan was in excellent condition. Because it is a campervan, I could park my home on wheels right on the water's edge, it was truly amazing.
