Made a good amount of money
I hired my van through camplify for the last 2 years. I had a really good experience. The staff were always helpful with responses and answering my questions. They helped a lot when I initially started hiring my van.
I made a decent amount of money- and feel camplify take a very small amount compared to Goboony.
After 2 years I am selling my van so will no longer be using camplify but I would definitely recommend them. The van was booked out solid through the summer (if I chose to take all the bookings)
I once had to claim through the insurance process which was really easy. 10/10

Make sure you read the terms and conditions. I booked a campervan for the holiday weekend and then realised I couldn’t get a spot at the holiday park. I cancelled but due to the T&C’s I immediately lost 10% and the rest is left as credit. Being a first time user I asked if they’d consider giving me my money back, but they won’t budge. I understand I should have read the Terms more carefully but expected some kind of compromise.

Very affordable holidays
Excellent range of vans at very resonable rates. We've used this service twice now and just booked again. The vans are not necessarily up to commercial standard but they are clean and tidy and the owners are generally happy to accommodate your needs and wishes. Would highly recommend.

Hello
Very simple easy booking process.
Mark was brilliant and even had a welcome gift for us which was amazing. The motorhome is in wonderful condition and had everything you needed even games for the children.
Great comms throughout and was very helpful.
Excellent customer service and a wonderful holiday in Bertie !

Despues de una incidencia con un alquiler, el departamento de seguro lleva un mes y medio sin dar respuesta a la incidencia. Todo el mes de agosto sin poder alquilar mi furgoneta a causa de la avería ocasionada por el ultimo alquiler...
No contestan al correo(llevo ya 5correos enviados), ni al whatsapp...y cuando contactas por el chat, tampoco te solucionan nada.
Después de haber subido las cuotas: IVA, seguros, comisiones...el servicio es peor.

Be warned!! Camplify support fraudulent vehicle damage claims
Amazing campervan holiday in a bit of a rickety van. It had character..... lots of quirks and noises but it did the job. After an amazing week we got back to find that Camplify were supporting the campervan owner in putting in a fraudulent claim against us for a new gearbox!! A pure mechanical fault (and known common fault for a VW Transporter) that's got nothing to do with us. Absolute nonsense and 3 months later Camplify are still saying that the claim hasn't been resolved, putting a huge taint on a lovely holiday.
