An einer Tasche hatte sich eine der Schmucknieten gelöst und ist verloren gegangen. Über den Kontakt mit dem Campomaggi Customer Care wurde mir gegen eine vertretbare Gebühr ein neuer Satz der entsprechenden Schmucknieten zugesendet. Es hat alles super gut geklappt. Der Support von campomaggi hat in meinem Fall wirklich herausragend funktioniert, Kompliment dafür. Da können sich viele ein Beispiel dran nehmen. Ich bin mit der Abwicklung dieser Sache mehr als zufrieden.

De plus quand je veux le renvoyer il m’a est impossible de me connecter afin d’obtenir un formulaire de retour .

Comprato una borsa da 420 euro le borchiette scolorite male dopo 2 settimane e il servizio clienti se n"e' lavato le mani dicendo di andare al negozio..e ironizzato.. Credevo ditta seria ma non li sono anzi come parlare con i cinesi non con campomaggi delusione

Bought a bag Campomaggi bag over a year ago from a 3rd party seller and have been very impressed by the quality of leather and craftsmanship. Use it everyday rain and shine and with the choice of leather, it gets better as it ages, showing wear and tear. So, this time got 2 belts and a bracelet directly from Campomaggi which are also really well made and should see many years of wear to come.

A natale del 2023 mi è stato regalato uno zainetto , che tanto ho desiderato ed atteso, zainetto che purtroppo presentava delle imperfezioni nelle tasche (due tipi di pelle lavorati in modo diverso )sono tornata in negozio per cambiarla ma erano finite, sta di fatto che me la sono tenuta , alla fine dei conti mi piaceva moltissimo e mi sono fatta andare bene quel dettaglio che ai loro artigiani è sfuggito.Di recente scrivo al centro assistenza perchè una borchi è caduta, spiegando a loro tutto quello che ho scritto sopra, mi è stato risposto che potevano spedirmi il kit borchie a 20€ , ho pagato lo zainetto 600€ (fatto nemmeno come si deve ) e dopo un anno mi vengono chiesti 20€ per la spedizione delle borchie , la trovo una pessima mossa commerciale ,ed hanno appena perso una cliente

It’s a shame - the leather quality is great. I ordered 2 bags. However, the color of the stone is not even close to what you actually receive. For example, I ordered the Cognac+ Pietra Verde - the delivered stone appears mostly black on the bag. The viola stone on the 2nd bag is actually pink when it should be close to violet. Big disappointment. Don’t waste your time. 2nd bag ordered 10/22/24

Adesso mi serviva una Linguetta x il mio Borsellino con i chiodini.( Il Marcio dell Azienda direi) e lo ricevuto.Sono molto contento

Colis jamais reçu depuis le mois de décembre comme j’ai mis une instruction qui n’a pas été suivie par le livreur, la boîte aux lettres étant bien visible, le sav ne peut rien faire. Aucune démarche auprès de l’entreprise de livraison n’est mise en place

Having purchased 4 bags from Campomaggi, cognac coloured Caravaggio has beautifully polished tan, black of similar design was poorly tanned and had uneven polish and a crossbody bag in brown lost colour on the back and looks awful now. All in all a mixed bag so to say. Better tanning should be expected from this priced product.

Best possible quality delivered in 4 days from Italy to Denmark. And the bag....I´m in love :-)

Fantastically delicious handmade products that just last. My 10-year-old mac bag had worn out in the zipper, and so I used their repair service for a nominal amount to have it repaired again - like new, but with a beautiful patina - thank you

Sehr teures Portemonnaie angeschafft, wo bereits nach einem Jahr der Reissverschluss kaputt ging. Campomaggi bietet lediglich einen teure Reparatur an. Sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und in Punkto Kulanz lässt der Kundenservice sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Very stylish bags from Italy. All the bags and accessories are handmade with vegetable tanned leather (the finest available). A lot of craftsmanship goes into the making of each bag/accessory. The quality is outstanding. Those clearly are products that you'll pass on to your kids.
