Best price for the Canon R6 Mark ii. Issue with warehouse but fixed within days. And free shipping. Overall almost 200$cheaper than any other special price. Great communication with costumer service department. Definitely recommended.

My order was delivered pretty well. My phone was nicely packed. Package not damaged. In my case delivery was a little bit longer but I am totally satisfied. I like my new phone Xaiomi POCO M6 PRO. Is more than enough for my use. The price was just right for my pocket. Customer service was communicative effectively when I got problem with my order. Nicely solved. I can trust Canada Electronics store. Thank you.

Just received my Canon lens.
They are selling it amazingly low price that other stores.
Karie was really fast in responses of my several emails
I waited 2 extra days than expected time limit but that's ok, I saved enough.
lens was seal packed, brand new and was able to register with canon.
I will definitely buy again.

The seller “Karie” will first come up with the excuse saying that the item is faulty and tell you to wait for a week. Then, she will make you wait for another week claiming that your address is incorrect. Then, Karie will generate electronic label and delay infinitely. I waited almost a month and she is now ghosting. Scam website.

I bought a Canon Lens at 3150$ on March 18.
After a week of not getting shipment information I had to email them to see what is going on. They told me they ran out of lens but they were still selling them online even thought they had no lens available.
They just kept telling me it would ship at night for several days.
After 10 days it still wasn't shipped
I finally ordered at Best Buy and they shipped within 1 hour…
Bottom line buy at a reputable store if you want your expensive item shipped to you within 3-5 days.
If you are ready to wait several weeks and want to save 50-75$ well go ahead and buy at Canada electronics INC

Shipping was a bit longer than expected (2 weeks), but given the price it was worth waiting. Item is as described and support was helpful. I would definelty order again

The items were as described. Shipping was slow on first item though.

Well when I first ordered the delivery was supposed to take couple days and so I sent a message to them on 3 mars but I ordered on the 28th February.

So they said to me in the email that my order would ship on Tuesday this particular week so finally I received my tracking on Wednesday evening or end afternoon.
Then I messaged them again on the 11th bc the tracking wasn't showing that Canada posts had the order then the employee or manager I'm not sure, her name Karie, she confirmed to me 2 to 3 days!
I still argued that it wasn't picked up so she answered me that their warehouse keep checking tracking and they ensured me the delivery success!
Still I insisted that if my parcel would not be shipped I wanted to cancel the order so the order been shipped the next day.
Yet I have been a little dissapointed and complained about the delivery delay.
Then I waited 3 more days for Canada post then the mail guy didn't even came at my door to get my signature so I could not receive it on the Friday but Katie the manager I think, contacted the CP about it and refund me 2% of the order bc of the extreme delay and im finally satisfied about the order.

So Karie the manager been very patient with my dry criticism and still kept answering my emails for that I am very happy of the experience even if the shipping was long and I suggest that it should be bettered up for the future but I will reorder possibly in the future ☺️!

Took longer than I expected for delivery, but there was great communication and I was kept informed the whole time.

I was skeptical , but with the price difference (Zuiko 90mm ) I took a chance .Received the lens in perfect condition . Took longer then expected , the shipping was delayed ,still don’t know why ,but every time I needed info ,they replied quickly.I would buy again from them.

I received my cell phone in perfect condition, plus it was brand new for the price of a refurbished one.

Pire expérience d'achat en ligne. J'ai commandé un téléphone qui devait arriver en 2-3 jours. Au bout d'une semaine je leur demande s'ils ont des nouvelles de ce téléphone. On me répond qu'il sera posté le soir même. C'est déjà peu professionnel mais attendez de voir la suite.
Je suis patient, je suis sympa mais je renvoie un autre mail une semaine plus tard puisque le dit téléphone n'est toujours pas là. Ils me répondent qu'ils sont en plein déménagement de l'entreprise et que le téléphone n'est pas parti et ne sera pas posté avant un autre 10 jours. 15 jours de perdus.
Cette "entreprise" est une énorme farce gérée par des clowns incompétents.
