I placed my order # OM26408 for travel adaptor plugs for New Zealand and Australia/type 1 as listed on my order. I just received the wrong type plugs. They are type 6 for USA and Canada. There is no phone number to report to their customer service within 72 hours that works. No wrong item delivered guidelines. If they do not reply to my email I will have my credit card dispute the charge as it was their mistake in what type plug they sent me. Hoping this gets corrected easily, but now have my doubts.

No way to contact Bombay Electronics. They delivered a 4k Region free unit, but the USB port in the front is broken! I have tried every way possible to contact them to let them know, hoping they could fix it or replace it but NO response! Are they now out of business?

I chose this shop because it's convenient and fast. I have ordered here for several times already and not once I am disappointed. From the actual ordering to shipping. All good.

I think a lot of people are ordering equipment online now, because it is convenient and fast. I do the same and have already used this service several times - vacuum cleaner, TV and microwave - all this I ordered here and am generally satisfied, all delivered, there is a guarantee, thank you.

we have just ordered our second dvd multi region player from Bombay Electronics. Excellent company to deal with very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable

I bought a Braun Hair Straightener for my mother. Order never arrived. Called them up and they did not answer so I send them an email (after 14 days) to see what it going on with the order. They cancelled my order after I mailed them automatically and supposably refunded my money (hasn't arrived yet). Don't know what the hell is going on with them. If I didn't email them I guess they would not have returned the money. Seems like a fake company to me. The still have the product up for sale on their website...

Got another email from them today that said there is a problem with the shipping company and they would take care of it. Called them up and they finally answered (after about 6 calls). They said the order is cancelled and they are out of the product...lol...Great job guys...Not recommended ...

I bought adapters for US plug to Aust/NZ plug and the fitting was so loose that the plug being adapted fell out. I had bought this product previously and it was excellent, so was very disappointed with the second purchase. They are almost unusable.

I purchased a region free blu Ray player. I put in a region 2 blu Ray and it shows that the disc is not for the region on the disc.

I sent emails and no response. I wrote a message on their web site and now here. My next step is the better business bureau and my lawyer.

I am able to view region Blu Ray. However instructions on how to change regions plus the fact that it is a manual process should have been stated in the product description. I wish I would have purchased a player that would automatically play various regions in the same way it plays various region DVDs

We purchased an adaptor for our blu-ray and TV to get all areas 1-6. Bombay's personnel instructed us as to which one should work. However, it did not do the trick. We called them and they refunded us our money as soon as they received the adaptor. It took only 24 hours to see the refund! We are sure that they can assist us in the future with something else. In the meanwhile, they stood by their word and made us very happy!

The Bombay Electronics ordering interface was well-designed and intuitive to use. Delivery of product was quick and I noted the merchandise had been upgraded to the latest version. Product performance met all the Sony hype. I am well satisfied with the experience and will purchase from Bombay Electronics in the future.

I had to buy a multi zone Blu Ray and i found Bombay Electronics on Ebay (by chance) . They are very responsive, professionals, and the shipping was fast . I do appreciate the free 110v to 220v adapter in the parcel !

Fast and professional service

My experience has been that they ship the items quickly. The travel adaptors for Israel were accurately depicted on their website. Looking forward to using adaptors in Greece and Italy.
