If you don’t like there opinions and decide not to buy from them you will get constant texts from partner companies try to sell vehicles. Even 2 years later I still get text and calls . I recommend not using this company !!!!!!!!!

A sales rep (Scott) reached out to me by text, asking questions about my car. I was interested in selling it, so we had a conversation over a couple of days. Eventually, he made an offer that twice what I'm paying now, and didn't seem to understand what I was looking for. The day after, I saw four hard credit checks on my credit reports. I never provided consent for these checks, and this now delays my plans of trading in my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially when they don't understand consent.

I wouldn't recommend this place too my worse enemy they are liars they sell your info once they have it they claim too lower your interest rate and or payment they can't do any of it stay clear of this place especially ryan the liar

Had 4 dealerships all do a hard check on my credit without even contacting or talking to me.

Won’t let me pick zero. Company set me up with a dealer in Ottawa? I live in Barrie and after purchasing my car have had nothing but problems. Loan company told me they sent money to Apex auto alliance( never deal with them if Canada drive matches you with them) on April 24th, I have had 3 payments withdrawn from my old car payment which I traded in to them. When I questioned them they showed a picture of a cheque dated may 9th they claimed they sent to my old bank loan and now it is may 26th and my bank still doesn’t have it. I have postponed my new payment because I can’t pay for 2 cars. Pure crap, should never take over a month to pay a loan with today’s technology. Best part is they asked me to lie to the bank about the car they were selling me because they told them it had way more upgrades than my car actually had, none

This company needs to close their doors!!! It's like dealing with people working down a East Hastings back alley!!! So sketchy, do NOT give them any personal information. Do your OWN research for a car and loan!!!! They can't be trusted.

Samuel Longo was extremely rude over the phone, be careful dealing with this company, when I told him I was no longer interested because they took so long to get back to me, he got verbally abusive over the phone & hung up on me

Considered selling my vehicle to them so drove to the Richmond bc location. First off, the operation just looks super shady. What was supposed to take 15 minutes took over an hour. The purchase manager, Mohammed, was very slimy. Asked me what my other offer was from Clutch first. I didn’t share because I wanted to see what he would offer. The offer was almost 5k less than what I was originally quoted. When I told him what Clutch quoted he actually suggested there was a possibility we could get it to match. lol! So first you try to trick me into taking way less and then you have the nerve to suggest it could be way more? Mohammed was also rude, telling me that it wasn’t a big deal that I wasted over an hour of my time. He gave me the excuse that the offer went down so much because I entered the wrong trim level. When I got home I redid the quote with the right trim level and guess what?? The quote actually went up. This place is a complete scam. Don’t do business here. They will lure you in by offering a good quote and tell you to take all docs with you for a quick sale and then they think they can try to corner you into accepting the much lower offer.

Useless company. Extremely slow to respond. They say they are busy and state they will call you back and provide you a time. Of course they do not call. You are wasting your time going with them. STLtay far away feom them.

I was possibly interested in selling my vehicle and they offered me the same amount as though my car was dead and ready to be towed to a junkyard. It was insulting.

They never call back!?, I don't get it. It got pretty frustrating having to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. When you’re trying to sort something important, you don’t want to feel like you’re chasing the company for answers. Get better please!

They have a habit of not calling you back or keeping you informed on the process

We both had a mix of good credit elements and bad credit elements. We were drawn to Canadadrives claim that they help applicants with bad credit. They ran both our reports then ghosted us. My partner contacted the guy who said they need a cosigner so we got Grandpa to cosign. The guy ran his credit and said No because even though grandpa had good credit they rejected us based on our bad credit solely, even with a good cosigner. So they don't help applicants with bad credit. It's just a gimmick to get your information and then we got all kinds of marketing offers to monitor our credit and other junk these people sold our information to sign us up for. Total waste of time. Misleading advertisements and poor customer service; they shouldn't have ghosted us. They should have taken the time to call or text and say it's a No.
I'm so sick of the credit rat race. I have 5 credit cards in good standing and a mortgage for 20 yrs and it don't mean shit. Now I gotta come up with a newer vehicle somehow but it's all scams out there. Credit Ratings are a scam too

The dealer I got helped me out immensely. I don’t have the best credit but he helped me figure out the best course of action towards helping me build my credit up. He wasn’t pushy at all.

Just to look at their cars they want your whole history. It is a pain in the backside to connect so I will go elsewhere.

I am giving this rating because of the advertising, it is stated that you guys work with low credit score people, people who are on consumer proposals, and they had stated to me that those should not be a problem. I was hesitant to proceed because my credit and my finacial set back i still proceeded, this company reassured me that this should work, and they have many options. In my experience its the same as any other car dealership, two options are you get the car loan or have a cosigner. They claim to have many options, but they do not. I got declined again. This company does the same thing as dealer ships and runs it through every bank. I have the income to support a vehicle loan, but it comes down to my credit, which I respect and understand, but I explained that I was on a consumer proposal and was told thatit shouldn't be an issue when in fact it was. This is not a gaurenteed approval not by a long shot, and I again allowed my credit to be run because I was told that they could for sure help me out. So if you have a low credit score, etc., don't expect to get an approval unless you have a good co-signer.

Worst set up to buy a new vehicle ever. What a stupid process. I called their customer service and the agent knew less than I did..and she works for them.

Stay clear of this useless outfit. Go to a dealership...

I want to give a big shout out to the team at this dealership there amazing. I just bought my new car through Matt and Matt and his amazing team gave me a a gift beside air in my tires they was very helpful to pump up all my tires with no questions. Also gave me the bran new set of tires for me new to me car. ( they where in the deal not free lol ) im so blessed to have met this team. Thank you all

Ran my credit a few times, never saw the inventory at all. They called me a few times after telling them I'm no longer interested. Tried to bargain with me even after I told them I already bought a car.
Should have read the reviews before filling out the Meta Ads form.

They sell cars to people that have no other option but they sell you cars with pre-existing problems then take no responsibility for vehicle repairs. They should be shut down next stop I’m going to all social media to warn people then next to my mpp then to the Obudsman of Ontario this is crap the way you take vulnerable buyers and sell them at huge interest rates the worst cars out there… SHAME on you!!
