The customer service was great

I worked with this company for less than a week while exploring vehicle financing options. During that time, a hard inquiry was placed on my credit report. When I expressed some hesitation and wanted to take time to consider other options before making such a significant financial decision, I felt pressured to move forward.

After indicating that I wasn't ready to commit and that the car didn't meet all of my requests and that I wanted to explore alternatives, I was told they could no longer help me and was wished the best of luck. This left me with a hard inquiry on my credit report and no further assistance after only a few days of working together.

Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and I believe customers should be able to ask questions, compare options, and take the time they need without feeling that support will be withdrawn if they don't move forward immediately. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I was really doubtful that I would qualify for an upgraded vehicle, he referred me to one of his partners had my car in 2 weeks. Mine was a very difficult case with finance and limited budget but they made it work.... woohoo Thanks for the referral Steve, I'm very happy in my new car.

This company contacted me by name on my personal phone number, completely out of the blue. I have not used their website, applied for a loan, and in fact the first I have ever heard of this business was when they texted my phone and called me by name. Very suspicious. I imagine they are buying personal information. Extremely unethical practice. These people are just middle men, scalping a profit off of a car sale because they called a dealer for you. Stay away.

Their customer service was excellent, communication was great, and made the process very easy

Stay as far away from this 'company' as possible. Their rep or whoever he is Sukh told me 3 times he'd call me right back and never did call once. Several texts to him and the original sender were ignored and still 2 weeks later still waiting for a call or text back. This guy is nothing more than playing games.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a hybrid car so we could explore BC and go on road trips. I came across an ad for Driving with Steve, and it seemed like he could really help us find something that matched what we were looking for.

I filled out the form, and he contacted me right away. After a quick chat, he sent over a few personalized options. One of them—a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid—caught my attention immediately. It had only 75 miles on it, and the previous owner took great care of it. It looked brand new, which felt like an amazing deal.

We booked a visit to the dealership, and the experience was great from the start. The staff was friendly, and the whole process felt smooth and not pushy at all. We already had a good feeling going in, but once we saw the car in person, we didn’t hesitate—we bought it on the spot.

We absolutely love our car. The interior feels super luxurious, and we love being able to see how much we’re using electric vs. gas. Plus, the fuel efficiency is incredible—the gas lasts forever.

We’d definitely recommend working with Steve if you’re looking for a car.

It was great for you searching through all your contacts and finding a fresh trade in on what type of truck I was looking for, and to get the information i asked for about the vehical then arranging for it to be delivered to my city thank you.

This is the worst communication company that screwed us royally and don't ever do what they say and they lied and pressured us to sign stuff and didn't explain things fully. They ghosted us but still take our money. Horrible company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

I had a really wonderful experience, I was treated with understanding and patience and Sherema Kane really devoted her time to finding me exactly what I wanted and needed...the people working there are awesome, answered every question and gave me every detail ....I highly recommend them....and if choosing a vehicle again I will certainly call them first...service was quick and I had my car delivered within 2 days! Avoid Driving with Steve if you value professionalism and honesty. My experience with the finance department under name Dylan from finance manager was full of pressure tactics, repeated calls/texts, and confusing changes to pricing and financing numbers, unprofessional, non stop harrasments.

Once I decided not to proceed, the tone changed completely. Instead of respecting my decision, I received rude and disrespectful messages, including comments about my credit. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing a business.

Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers should be able to ask questions, take time to think, and walk away without being harassed or insulted.

Regardless of whether someone buys a car or not, people deserve to be treated with respect. A customer declining a deal should never lead to personal attacks.

I strongly recommend shoppers get every number in writing, review all financing terms carefully, and consider how a business treats you before the sale—because that usually reflects how they’ll treat you after the sale.

My advice: get everything in writing, verify every number yourself, and be cautious dealing with this business.

Hey this is a great place to get your next car at folks. Patrick was a very knowledgeable person in this field also financing on cars. Took me less then 2 hours for all to be done, signing papers etc. I highly recommend United Auto Loans, plus Steve's cars.
