Chris Rabago was extremely helpful in resolving my issue with getting the BOX17 promotion applied to my order. Kara Nable however was not helpful at all and clearly did not read the email I sent explaining my predicament as she requested that I provide proof on my order of the promotion that was now inactive. How does one do such a thing with a promo that had not been received. She left me quite frustrated as a customer who has otherwise had a good rapport with CL and Belami. I look forward to future dealings with associates of your like Chris Rabago, Kara not so much. I also find it interesting that Kara did not request my feed back regarding her customer service. It is not my intent to be malicious in my explanation only truthful. I believe in credit where credit is do.

We just received our kitchen chandelier. Unfortunately the description on the site is incorrect and therefore have to return the chandelier. I called the company who told me that they couldn't do anything about the return costs. $77 for a chandelier that cost me $340 Canadian. This is theft ! If this company was in Canada consumer protection would be aware of this dubious practice! Never again 😣!!! Buyers, be aware that if you have a problem with your order it will cost you a lot to return it. Wayfair offers nearly identical return for $15

Alexis clearly explained what was going on. But I think Canada Lighting should be aware that providing a customer on the West Coast in Canada with a FedEx tracking number that promises delivery in a couple of days but shows the package starting in New York and then DELIVERED in the Eastern US is just silly. I still don't know when the package will arrive.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is an American company. The prices are in US … and you won’t see it until just before check out, in the smallest print ever. I noticed it just as I clicked order. This is very dishonest and deceiving. My $1000.00 order will now cost $1350.00. So mad, that you are using Canada in the name of your company.

I spoke with Gerard Gonzalez in Customer Service who reviewed my lighting back order and called the Kitchler warehouse directly to confirm its status. He was able to have them secure 5 of the 10 open items for delivery in December. While I still have to wait until March for the remaining 5 items, he was extremely helpful in securing 50% of the items outstanding.

Marydel (Mary Magallanes) was super responsive and resolved my issue within minutes. I've never experienced such wonderful service over a chat before! It definitely makes me want to place my order and become a loyal customer!

My experience with the Sales Associate was exceptional. I was dealt with efficiently and in a very professional manner.

One of the light fixtures I purchase for our new home last year is experiencing LED module failure; I called the customer service desk and spoke to Chris, he took the particars of my complaint and advised me of the process I will follow. He was easy to understand, professional and polite. A warranty claim was opened and the steps he advised was to follow has been spot on. I rate my experience way above my expectations.

The customer service is terrible. This company does not take any responsibility to make things right for the customer or offer a positive experience. When you reach out to them, you get a one line response without any indication that they care about customer service at all. I’d rather pay more and shop with a company that focuses on a positive customer experience - that’s how you build a loyal customer base.
I won’t ever be shopping on this site again.

Exceptional customer service! My order was express shipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately, one of the shades was broken upon delivery. I called and they had replacement parts shipped out the same day and they arrived faster then the my initial order!

Very disappointed with Canada Lighting Experts
I ordered a ceiling fan that I loved last week and received a cancellation notice with out an explanation
I have tried without success on their on line customer service for three days now without any luck
I was told today they canceled my order because they had the wrong price on the website
Would advise anyone to stay away from this company
Waited on the phone for ages to hear the same lighting advice and jokes for ever
Finally had to hang up
I left a message and I received a call back exhaling why this happened I will be very surprised

Ordered 3 Kichler Mercer lights online. They were shipped to Canada from Pennsylvania via Fedex and took 8 days, which was very good, but didn't meet the 7 day shipping guarantee. I called CanadaLightingExperts and they immediately paid the $25 they promise. I also asked about light bulbs for these lights and they could provide but the price was not what I wanted to pay. Love the lights and they are exactly as described.

I recently purchased two light fixtures. When they arrived 1 globe was broken and the other was defective. They replaced 1 entire fixture and it was shipped to be quickly. I also had questions concern the replacement process and the customer service agent was excellent. He answered all of my questions and concerns very professional and proficient. I will deal with the company again.

I worked with Belam to help resolve a n issue with a fixture which was defective.
The issue was handled politely and professionally.
I'm grateful for the oositive experience.

I recently purchased 4 lights from Canada Lighting and one arrived damaged. I contacted the company and had the absolute best customer service experience of my life! Gerard was not only helpful but also very knowledgeable and made everything right from a customer point of view. I also have to say that they have the BEST on hold message filled with tips and jokes while you wait for a service professional to be available. Thank you Gerard! And thank you Canada Lighting for turning a disappointing delivery into a very memorable experience!
