NO RETURNS FROM USA. read the fine print, the return policy. This company advertises all over the US. Don't order straight from the company. Use Walmart or another American seller you can return to if there's a problem. My women's jacked was too small, and yes I ordered my correct size, but its about 2 sizes too small, much like buying a leather coat. NO RETURNS FROM USA in return policy, so IM stuck.

The jacket I bought in less than a month, tore and the zipper also malfunctioned. Worse product ever, didn’t get value for money.

I bought a winter jacket for $146.99 from Canada Weather Gear from West Edmonton Mall on 30-Oct-2024. But within 3 weeks of time the jacket's inside strap came out and then the stitches in the armpit broke and torn. One of the worst quality I have bought in Canada thinking the product is good. When I went back to the store and told them for exchange or return they didn't accept saying only with 15 days we can return. When I asked how can a jacket will be torn this soon within 3 weeks the response from the store guy was like the company is shit bothered about the customers and they don't exchange it. When I told I will speak to his higher authority then he called and gave the phone. The person's name whom spoke to me over phone is Ali and he didn't even felt sorry for selling this kind of poor quality product to customers and he was talking arrogantly. They don't give importance to customers. The store guy started convincing me saying he will do a favor to me that if i go and get it stitched it from a tailor and bring the receipt then he will pay me that amount from his own pocket and I should feel happy for it he said. I asked he will reimburse that amount from the company, for that he said the company will not give him any money and he has to bear his own. Then I have to go and find a tailor in Edmonton Mall and stitched it and showed him the receipt. For that the store guy said to give to stitched receipt to him. My question is, if he is giving from his own pocket then why he needs that receipt? They are simply fooling the customers thinking they are smart. Never ever buy any jackets from Canada Weather Gear store, the products are of very cheap quality. They won't exchage it even if you take it within 15 days stating some reasons. Better go and buy in Winners or other stores where if damaged can be returned or exchanged. Canada Weather Gear is not worth even for this 1 star rating. I have the purchase receipt, jacket torn or damaged photo and the stitching receipt.

My wife purchased 2 jackets at the end of November, and we're well into January and have yet to receive it and have been informed they do not issue refunds. In our pursuit to get the 2 jackets, we'd come to realize many others have been ripped off as well. They refuse to help us resolve the matter and do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM THEIR WEBSITE ONLINE. IF IT'S NOT IN A STORE, FIND A SIMILAR JACKET UNDER ANOTHER BRAND NAME.
