warning ! must be fraud

must be fraud. don't order.!

I never revceived my order. the provided email address is rejected and bounces back since days.

the chat bot goes in circles and does'nt offer real answers or connects with living being.

Dreadful and dishonest Company.

Dreadful and dishonest Company.

Purchased one bottle of children's vitamins including postage to the UK.

Goods price £14
Postage £38.

Import refused as documentation was inadequate so I asked FedEx to return them to sender. Then they arrived with an additional bill of £11.39 for import duty and disbursements! I thought that would be included in the P&P.

All my email attempts were unanswered.

What's even worse - they deleted my review and rating from their site.

All just shameful.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

I paid for a specific delivery date, items still have not arrived, nor is there any more information on their status. Customer service is also hard to reach.

investigating the matter, we found that your order was indeed dispatched on May 10th, as confirmed by the tracking number provided.

According to the tracking information, a first delivery attempt was made by Post Canada on [May 12th ]. Unfortunately, it seems that you were not available at the specified address at the time of delivery. and the second attempt was made on May 17th, you can see all these details on the record of your tracking number , As a result, a notification was left, requesting you to pick up the package from the nearest post office. the package will available for pickup till May 28th .

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to receive your order promptly. However, we would like to clarify that this issue was beyond our control, as it was the responsibility of the postal service to deliver the package to you.

Canavitam One of my PREFERRED VITAMIN SHOPPING SITES, I purchase 89% of my supplements from them. I have been using them since 2021 very easy to navigate and find exacly what I am looking for checkout was a breeze. Need more info on the ingredients, like to know where it is manufactured and country of origin.
