They never showed up at the airport. When trying to contact them at ther phone numbers they never answered, no representative around the welcome bar. I followed to the letter their instructions to catch my "premium" transport and was left abandoned at the airport. I just found out they have a 1.9 star ratings here but they created a 2nd profile to try to keep deceiving people.

Me agrado que para mi traslado de hotel a hotel, llegaron con anticipacion, siempre hubo buena comunicacion por llamada o whats app.
Los choferes fueron amables en todo momento.

This group was great to work with. Their prices were reasonable and their communication was excellent (we had a small issue caused by me not them and they resolved it quickly for me!). Their van was comfortable. Thanks!!

Don’t use this company.. They never showed up at the airport to pickup my family and I… We had a night flight and had to go with a taxi company last minute which costed us almost triple the price we paid

Muy confiable y muchas responsabilidad. Llegamos al aeropuerto de Cancún y no tuvimos que esperar más que 5 minutos para localizar al chófer de la empresa. Lo mismo al regreso, fueron super puntuales al pasar a buscarnos por el hotel.

This review is from our trip last weekend on may 16th to 19. When we arrived to the airport we could not find the guy, they would NOT answer the phone and the clip board was on the ground. All other companies were holding there logo up on with clipboard in hand. This guy was eating and laughing with other people, not working.
The return trip back was even worst from hotel. They were 37 minutes late, so i ended up getting an uber from resort back to airport because again, they response on whatsapp was extremely slowly. They would text me back with almost no updated every 9 minutes. When i asked why are you so slow to respond the employee said "im only one person working"....
Terrible company, service, communication, everything, STAY AWAY, use someone else.On top of all that they would not give me a refund for being 37 minutes late to my pickup and me not using them.

No utilice el servicio de regreso ya que pasaron por nosotros a las 2pm y el vuelo salía 8pm WTF

E transfers staff are punctual, easy to find at the airport, good value and good communication between us both especially with the driver and dispatch.

Mal Servicio, Pésimas vias de contacto y nivel de respuesta.
Llegaron 1 hora y 45 minutos tarde.
No contestaron durante dias por ninguna de las vias de comunicacion.

Very good communication throughout the process through WhatsApp and email. Easy to find them at the Cancun airport. Professional driver in a clean newer SUV. Pricey, but all the transportation and taxi companies in the area are.

It took us a couple of minutes searching for our guy at the airport, but eventually he found us. We had ten people and a lot of luggage but our driver was able to get it all in. They made sure we had a bigger van on the return trip. Both drivers were attentive to our needs and friendly.

According the purchasing I did not wait at Cancún airport once I arrived I was got My transportación, however I need to wait almost 15 minutes to get the ride.

Hicimos dos viajes. Uno del Aeropuerto de Cancún al hotel en Playa del Carmen y unos días después la vuelta. En el viaje de ida tardamos en encontrarnos en la salida del Aeropuerto, pero el personal de e-Transfer hizo lo imposible para encontrarnos. El viaje en ambos casos fue muy bueno. Agradecemos en el viaje de ida, las bebidas que nos proveyeron.

Great communication when arriving to Mexico! and on Pick up back to the airport as well.

During transportación from airport to hotel we were not picked up and 30 minutes after we received message with apoligyses since service was not going to be completed. No solución was provided. The worst

ETransfers was one of the most affordable options we found for getting from Cancun Airport to Tulum, and we used them to reach The Conrad Riviera Maya. The ride itself was comfortable, and the driver was kind enough to stop at a convenience store along the way. The only downsides were the wait time at the airport—about 20 minutes, which felt frustrating as we saw other transfers leaving more quickly—and that the package we booked included 6 beers and 6 waters for the ride, but none were provided or even mentioned. Overall, it was decent for the price, but a few details could be improved.
