Muy buen servicio, el pickup del aeropuerto tarda como 15-20 min después de que te reportes con la encargada. El regreso (hotel-aeropuerto) muy puntuales.

You didn’t pick us up from the hotel we had to get a taxi, worst experience horrible service

This was the second time we've booked with eTransfers for our Cancun trip. We had an excellent experience with eTransfers during my recent trip. From start to finish, their service was seamless and reliable. Booking online was straightforward and quick, and their communication was clear and timely. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area, which made my transfer comfortable and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth ride to my destination. Overall, eTransfers exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable airport transfer services.

First of all waiting time was supposed to be minimum. We paid extra for premium and waited 30 minutes, others came later and somehow got a shuttle sooner… no flight monitoring you have to check in when you get there. They have no idea if you’re there or not. NO discount coupons as advertised no amenities no courtesy stop because the driver didn’t speak ANY English. No water for a 40 minute shuttle AND the final straw a last-minute change from a eTransfers Shuttle to another company shuttle Smile&Go with no notice. The driver was rude and didn’t respond to our attempts to communicate with him.

Due to Hurricane we had to cancel our trip and they didn’t refund us back

I became sick with a virus. Called ETransfers from my hospital bed. And canceled my Cancun shuttle trip. ETransfers told me to let them know when I was coming back to Cancun and my shuttle would be waiting. Great customer service. Water and beverages always available when you board the shuttle. Clean vehicles, great drivers. They find you at the airport quickly!

On time and safe

Great experience. Driver was great and customer service prior was excellent. 1st class!

Scheduled thru the website for our group of 15 roundtrip from Cancun airport to resort. Good email communication, provided clear instructions on where to go, identifying driver and staff. Also had to make a small change and did speak with a representative on the phone also very prompt and pleasant, good communication. On the day before pick up also reminders and confirmation of pick up location, and the day off as well. Each of the drivers were very pleasant and also drove quite safe. Overall have recommended and will use again.

Driver was super friendly and informational.

Not very friendly. The shuttle was on time and we didn't have any cash left over as Cancun locals are very very aggressive in wanting tips. After having tipped for everything the entire trip we had no cash left and the driver didn't like that. So he didn't turn on the AC as punishment

Buen servicio, tardaron un poco en recogernos en el aeropuerto, el resto v todo bien

El servicio es muy bueno, rápido, eficiente, precio justo, cumplió y rebasó mis expectativas, pero sobretodo el excelente servicio que nos brindó el personal, tanto en el recorrido como para la contratación.

Nuestra recepción, en el aeropuerto y en el hotel, fue muy a tiempo. La conducción por parte del chofer fue muy cuidadosa y nos ofreció agua.

WE WERE SO LOST AND SO BEHIND DUE TO BEING STOPPED AND HAVING TO HAVE ALL 6 BAGS SEARCHED. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND STILL MADE ARRANGEMENT TO GET US TO OUR RESORT.

ALSO, MY BROTHER FLEW IN ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE THAT WAS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE AIRPORT ( WE DIDNT KNOW ). THEY CALLED SOMEONE ON THAT SIDE TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE ABLE TO SPOT HIM AND BROUGHT HIM OVER TO US ( AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $7 ) BUT WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL THEY DID THAT FOR US !
