I purchased a door bell camera from them and then cancelled the order within three minutes as my son came in and said that he had bought me one, despite cancelling and sending an email they charged me and gave a partial refund.
I would advise anyone ordering from this company to be Very careful, I certainly will not be using them again and would advise anyone to use a reputable company and not this bunch of shysters.

The buds ordered were not the ones that arrived. I have no return address no contact numbers , or a website to go to, Now I am left with an expensive set of ear buds I do not need or want, Seems Candant do not wish to honour there sales pitch as there is no sign of the House hold appliance store to be found.
