I ordered a bike camera but it wasn’t what I thought so I requested a return and have not heard back and I keep emailing them. Told me someone would get back to me but that’s bullshit. Now I’m out $$$ for something I can’t use. Don’t do business with them.

I ordered a big zapper. They sent a magnifying glass. I informed them and they said they would “investigate”. Over a month has gone by, they took my money, nothing done except they referred my complaint to a company called “Customer Star” who does nothing but assign ticket numbers.
Canemax is a bogus company. Do not buy from them!

I would have given no stars if it let me. DO NOT do business with this company and think you will be able to return items. They do not do this and you cannot reach anyone by phone. I bought the WavxBuds Bone Conduction Headphones for swimming laps. It clearly states on their site: WavxBuds features true IPX8 waterproofing for submersion up to 20 meters deep. Magnetic waterproof charging interface ensures durability while memory titanium alloy maintains perfect shape during intense swimming sessions without discomfort.
This is a lie. Once I got the product and opened it up and read the care instructions the first thing it says is: Do not immerse buds in water. WTF?! So now I have 2 pair and cannot get my money back. They suck!

Buyer beware..ordered clear swim goggles and they sent me prescription (which took about two weeks btw). The company is in china and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. So now I have to ship these things back to china, which I’m sure is real cheap. Whole thing feels like a scam

I got the advertising about their AilyMur the AI translation Earbuds. When I received it was not an AI translate, it turn out you have to buy the app to get translated, and it not much different than google translated. I decide to email them to return. They don't have return process online. Each time I wait for the email back and fourth was several weeks. When they told me send the earbuds back to get my full refunded, it turn out I have to send over sea to China, and because it the earbuds, you can not send it by air. You have to send it by the special route through UPS it cost $200, more expense as getting another earbuds from US. They told me they will give me back $25 then I can keep the earbuds. While I bought for $270. Please watch out for those selling website it look good, but the product is not from US, or from company in US like Amazon. Make sure the website process return easily from the website.

Terrible business cheap earplugs don’t block any sound. Don’t spend your money. Don’t open them if you’ve purchased them send them back get a refund their policy is they don’t accept returns if the product is opened. Honestly, extremely frustrating. Waste of money. waste of time. No place to leave an actual review on the website is a big red flag from now on.

I ordered earplugs that came from China via Canemax.
They did not block out any sound as promised.
I was advised by them to return them to China myself. Original cost of said earplugs was $58.00. Return by mail was $20.00 plus landing fees once there that would be another $20.00.
Total cost of $40.00 paid by me for a”possible” return of $58.00 leaving me a whopping $10.00 return.
They are major con artists - so why are they still in business even after all these reviews??

The MintPolu device was advertised on Canemax as being both ultrasonic and UV lighting. I found information elsewhere that indicated it was only UV light or ultrasonic but nowhere described as both as it was advertised on Canemax. I have asked them to confirm it has both. They have not responded. I asked for cancellation of the order before I even receive it and well within the 90 day return policy. They have ignored it. It arrived today and appears to be the Rosa Rugosa US200, with only ultrasonic and No UV lighting. This unit sells for around $15 on alibaba. I have again requested a refund and so far they continue to ghost me. Canemax appears to be a SCAM company that cannot be trusted. BUYER BEWARE, you are about to be ripped off.

Terrrible. Shipping took forever.

Received several solar sound deer repeller gadgets made for use obvious outside in the elements. One of them got water inside. Doesn’t work properly. Communicated with customer service from Canemax her name was Melissa D. We went back and forth several times. She kept asking me the same questions. I sent in pictures and video. After a few weeks of this I finally just gave up and replied please don’t contact me ever again. Obviously they were not about to stand by the product and issue me another one or a refund.

NEVER USE !!!! inferior quality products are delivered, definitely a deceptive company.

Terrible got different headphones have reached out multiple times at first they responded and now crickets

Ordered two identical sets of bone conduction headphones. Shipped fast. Neither brand was the one I ordered. One looks the same but the other is completely different. Have written three times to exchange one pair. No reply. Of course, there's no phone number to call.

Definitely a scam company, ordered some headphones and got a different brand that was 70 dollars less than what I paid for.

And they were shitty
