I look forward to our sessions with Flurina - she is so knowledgeable and my Rottweiler trusts her totally. Flurina does her research and understand the psychology of dogs and so really makes a difference. We have worked with Flurina in person and over zoom when Rolo was a puppy. We live 1 hour 40 mins from Flurina and despite the journey it is always worth the drive!

Flurina has worked wonders with our dog reactive French Bulldog.

It got so bad that we were unable to walk our dog and her behaviour became such a huge and sad issue for us.

Over the sessions Flurina got to know our dog, Oona, and worked intensively with her to modify her behaviours by getting to the root of the issue and changing her perceptions of other dogs.

We are now able to walk Oona and understand her so much more. We are so much happier and confident.

I recommend Canine Sense and Flurina so highly. She has honestly changed our lives.

On top of all that Flurina is an absolute joy, a lovely person who I fully trust to help my dog now and in the future.

Obi was our first dog, we thought we were prepared but you can never be prepared enough i think with getting a puppy! We got absolutely overloaded with advice online, videos of what do do, tik tok trainers providing mixed messages, only doing training in a certain way and so forth which really confused us and stressed us out.

Obi is incredibly excitable (Goldens!) to the point we struggled to take him anywhere because he would not rest, be desperate to engage with everyone, whine and cause lots of problems and also at one point injured me because he would constantly try and pull too much on walks!

We had 4 sessions with Flurina and it absolutely transformed our relationship with Obi. He is still a adolescent so you still have to help manage him through crazy times but we have so much more engagement, trust, control and fun with him now we know how to have good times with him and what to do if he gets a bit too over excited.

We didn't realise how much training comes through play time, a lot of what you see online is to do so much with treats but that isnt everything you should do on its own. We have lots of fun training games with him now. He knows commands for when we are not happy with what he is doing so he now knows to stop. We know what to do when he gets a bit too crazy. We also now know he can be trusted off lead more which we did do a lot of already as his recall was good but we were not confident of him around other dogs. He is now growing into a really good adult dog thanks to the shaping and guidance Flurina has given us.

She also has helped clear up misconceptions around tools that get a negative reputation online such as a prong collar. Using this correctly with the right training absolutely changed the game for us. Obi has so much fun still but now knows what i am trying to tell him to do. He has no fear of it which is what online stuff made us believe. As we are using it the right way with really great training we now have full confidence and fun with him and Obi knows now what we want, he is having so much fun and actually looks way happier than before when we are out. He walks to heel and can maintain that even past distractions.

I cannot recommend Flurina enough. We now have a great adolescent dog that will grow into a great adult thanks to the work we put in with Flurina.

I booked a 2-hour session with Flurina with my 2.5 year old rottweiler Poppy. Flurina gave us some really insightful advice and gave me the confidence to be a better handler and strengthen my relationship with my dog. She's fantastic with dogs, a great trainer and a great human. Highly recommend!

I must say I was sceptical having had 2 other dog trainers but flurina was professional and her different approach with our dog cooper it was amazing I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to other dog owners

Highly recommend Flurina, she came to help my dog Ruby with her separation anxiety and she worked wonders with her in only a few sessions, Ruby can now be left for 3 hours without any issues. Flurina also helped me with my confidence in leaving Ruby knowing that she would be ok.

Flurina is a simply sensational dog behaviourist.
She helped train my English bulldog Pablo who just refused to listen and was becoming a bit much. I couldn’t walk him off lead, his recall was non existent, he wouldn’t leave me alone when I was at home. I just couldn’t figure out how to get him to listen to me.
I love my dog to bits but he was becoming really hard work.
Within 3 sessions with Flurina it’s like having a brand new dog.
Pablo now walks off lead, plays with other dogs, lets me relax when I’m at home.
He is now the perfect dog!!! All thanks to Flurina and her fantastic engaging tasks.
She is unbelievable. She’s so friendly, and training Pablo was so much fun thanks to how she explained everything.

Flurina will honestly go far. She is genuinely one of the best trainers/ dog behaviour specialists I’ve ever met!
No other trainer even comes close in my opinion, and trust me I’ve gone through a few in the last year!
Who knew that in just 3 sessions she would transform Pablo into the perfect pet.
Will 100% be looking to book more sessions with her just because she’s so much fun and I know there is so much more I can learn from her.

Flurina is AMAZING!! Not only is she lovely and personable and clearly a real dog lover but you literally see results on the first session with her which blew my mind! She is super knowledgeable and experienced and can support you no matter what the issue or the age of your dog. I highly recommend Flurina and my dog Dolly gives her a top woof too! :-)

I only met Flurina once for her to advise me on my border collie who is reactive to children and some dogs whilst she is on the lead,she was very helpful and gave me some advice to help with the problems which I will use,I will not hesitate to see her again if I need to,she is very friendly and obviously cares about dogs.

Flurina took our dog (a 1.5-year-old Hungarian Vizsla) into her home to behaviour train, as he had become fearful of people he didn’t know and would try to bite if people went to pet him and would be startled by people coming from behind corners or wearing unusual clothing. Her method of training was incredibly effective, safely exposing him to situations he would have been scared of and showing that nothing bad would happen. Gaining his trust she gradually changed his mindset. He is now back with us and in a much better state. He will now even go up to people to get a head rub. We are so grateful to Flurina (and Khial) for her time and effort spent on changing the behaviour of our dog.

Flurina is an absolutely fantastic trainer. I have had many dogs over the years, all rescue and all with their own challenges. She was recommended to us for our latest addition, a 6 month old Cane Corso, by a friend. We were quite wary as our last dog was very reactive and could never be off lead. Flurina not only managed to have Hugo off lead and brilliant with recall among other commands within a few weeks but just as importantly, built our confidence immensely. We have completed our 8 sessions with her but will continue to join the pack and city walks and check in for some further one to one sessions when things need tweaking going forward. We are thoroughly enjoying our wonderfully behaved boy and it’s all thanks to Flurina.

Cannot rate highly enough. i wish I had done this before I spent 8 weeks in training classes in hall/barn with loads of other dogs. This training was in a natural setting in a park & woods, so you come across all the normal things/challenges you would might face on a walk. 1st session identified the issue and by 3rd session we had the issue resolved. What can I say!!! Flurina is just astonishing. She is able to identify the cause of unwanted behaviour in the 1st lesson and have it solved by the 3rd. After spending 10 months at a training school giving me bad advise I turned in desperation to anyone else and found canine sense. Flurina solved the problem in 3 LESSONS!!!!! She ALWAYS has the dogs welfare and quality of life at the forefront - she gives realistic and easy to implement advise. I only WISH I found her 10 months ago. My rescue, Maisie, is now happier than she has EVER been. She is as a dog should be on walks, natural, off lead and not micro managed. I will be going back to Flurina with any problem going forward. She has changed Maisie’s life, my life, my other dogs life, my children’s - I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Within 4 sessions she got our Vizsla to be calm when people enter our home, drop all his sticks ( and trust me the protesting when he had a stick was sooo bad), control his impulses and stop jumping at people.

She really gets to know your dog and your relationship with your dog. This enables her to tailor all the sessions to fit yours and your dogs needs.

Her knowledge is incredible. She taught us so much even down to the impact of your tone of voice when saying good boy ( sounds silly but it’s huge). She reassured us and made us feel really confident about our relationship with our dog. If we ever need any more training for future we know exactly who to call.

We can’t thank Flurina enough for the incredible work with our 8-year-old Yorkshire Terrier. His protective behavior seemed unchangeable—constant barking, dramatic reactions when we left, and high reactivity.

From the first session, Flurina was patient, knowledgeable, and tailored her techniques to our dog’s needs. She helped us understand the root of his behavior and gave us practical steps to improve it.

To our amazement, progress was almost immediate. He’s now calmer, less reactive, and lets us leave without drama. It feels like we have a new dog, all thanks to Flurina. Highly recommend!
