I don’t have a bad word to say regarding Cantourage. The staff who work on the front line are fantastic from Ben to Ellen. If you have a query or need to check something you can call and will get answered within a couple rings or the live chat function, nothing has been too much trouble. The Dr I see at Cantourage too couldn’t be any better and is the best I have dealt with by far, understanding and genuinely interested in your opinion & experience - ultimately giving the patient best treatment plan. Keep up the good work!.

Cantourage have been fantastic, every step of the way they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is okay.

Whenever I have had any questions, my calls have been answered within 5 seconds maximum and no matter how trivial my questions may be, they are always happy to answer them.

This is how medical cannabis should be, a company with care and compassion for their patients.

I can't recommend the people at Cantourage any more highly than I already do.
They are extremely polite, friendly, professional and quick to respond to all queries.
I mean it, their live chat service is invaluable and you're lucky if it gets past 2 rings before the phone is picked up.
They've made every interaction pleasant and painless.
You can clearly tell that its more than just a job for their team and it shows in the level of service they provide to patients.

If you need a recommendation, go with Cantourage, you're making the right decision with that.

The staff at cantourage are absolutely awesome!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always deal with questions, queries and emails very promptly. Whilst stock issues can be annoying it’s not the clinics fault. They do their upmost to help and keep you informed. Last time it was 4 days from appointment until received meds, absolutely fantastic. Big shoutout to Ellen, who answered all my questions about a few things. All answered very quickly and professionally! Keep up the excellent work cantourage 😊

I have had a couple of issues with my latest prescription and quality of the medication. I have so far dealt with Joshua, Ellen, Ben and Arjun. All the staff are extremely helpful and always try to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Things happen in life....its how we deal with them that's important. 10/10 for Customer service and correspondence. It's nice to be important.... but more important to be nice....

Joined Cantourage in July with no issues at all . Just ordered my Repeat which was smooth a butter. All questions answered helpfully by staff with thanks. This is one of the leading clinics in the UK with the best Pharmacy choices. 100% recommend for any new MC users.

Fantastic staff especially Arjun who goes above and beyond. People moan about clinics but I genuinely have no issues with Cantourage at all. Glad to be a patient

Patient lead service. Very friendly and informative staff. Service has been much better than previous experience with a different clinic. Wish I had come here first. Ordering a repeat is simple, and not having a fee makes it much more affordable to access needed medications.

Having been a patient at this clinic for almost a year, I must say Cantourage offer an exceptional service. Medical Cannabis clinics have a very difficult job in the UK due to strict regulations which can frequently lead to delays and issues with stock. Cantourage manage everything very professionally and offer the smoothest journey for their patients. I am very grateful for their customer service, it is amongst the best I have ever received from any company, which is impressive considering how many obstacles their industry faces on a daily basis. You can tell a lot of training and care go on behind the scenes as every staff member is knowledgable, competent and very understanding. Thank you.

Amazing, finally got to speak to somebody that understands everything that I suffer with, and totally understand and they were very supportive helpful and patient with me and the have gone out of their way to help me with everything as I am dyslexic and suffer with ADHD combined anxiety I would definitely recommend this clinic💯

Very fast response when it comes to answering calls. Ellen was very helpful in responding to some further queries I had by email in a very fast manner. Having been with previous clinics who have had shockingly bad customer service cantourage are a breath of fresh air

Overall I am very happy with the service I have received, cantourage answer the phone very quickly and try there best to help you if they can, the flowers that they have to sell are also very good I was actually shocked how good some of it is just do your research.the delivery times are very good on the main imports,But others they have to order in like adven or aurora take about 8 days at the fastest,once it even took 16 days. if they could just get that 8 days to maybe half that at 4 days then I would give 5 stars, overall would recommend and already am in the process of helping friends apply for it.
