When my first picture was delivered, it was a lot darker than the one I had submitted. Canvasprints made it right, just received the new picture and am very pleased with it.

I am thrilled with my purchase of a 60"×80" woven blanket of our Longhorn bull, it is absolutely perfect.. got it made for husband's birthday, you're always so easy to work with, and the product arrives on time, off not earlier than expected, and so beautifully done.. thank you canvas prints for the excellent workmanship..

The quality of the canvas print we ordered were amazing! We got 10 printed for our company office and they look great. Rush production was fast and customer service was top notch. They responded very fast and answered our questions easing our concerns. We highly recommend getting your prints done here from a company in the USA!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but have to for Canvasprints. A canvas I ordered came with poor quality, I contacted them and they worked with me to get it re-done at no charge. The final product is perfect and I'm thrilled how easy they were to communicate with. Thanks Canvasprints!

I ordered a couple of canvas pictures.
The ordering process was super easy. Just select your photo and the preview is the same as the delivered project. A few days later the pictures arrived in perfect shape. Quick and inexpensive shipping made for a great experience. Thanks

If we could give canvasprints.com more than 5 stars we absolutely would. We created a collage of baby photos (on another website) for my sister in law for Christmas, as they just had family pictures done with their four month old and were unhappy with how they came out. Somehow during printing, the color was distorted and the background looked purple instead of blue on our product. We reached out to customer service and they took it up the ladder for us to figure out what had happened. It turned out the collage we made had red tones in it. Canvasprints.com redid our collage background for us and sent it via FedEx with two day air to make sure we would have it on time.

The whole process took three days. We submitted a complaint the night we got the original canvas, Dennis with customer service reached out the next morning via phone call AND email, and worked with us 1:1 to make sure we were happy. It was sent that night after talking with Dennis.

They absolutely rock and saved our Christmas surprise!

Ordered $400 of metal prints and were sent canvas prints. Dennis from customer service admits that even if a customer starts by indicating an interest in a metal print, the website defaults to a canvas prints upon uploading a file. Entirely blames the customer for a wonky website. Don't believe the 100% satisfaction guarantee. They have no interest in the customer's satisfaction - only in defending their wonky website. Find someone else to do your printing.

Very pleased with the service provided by canvasprints. My item arrived in only a few days (faster than Amazon) which is impressive considering the item was customized. The item was exactly what I ordered, no problems at all. Actually looked better than I anticipated. If you need anything in the world of custom prints… use these guys. They are great.

MICHELLE! When I called about a problem I was having with an order, after previously talking to 2 other “customer service” reps to get it resolved, I was loaded for bear!…I tried to hide it because I know that customer service reps are often on the receiving end of mayhem that is not their fault, and being angry with them is unfair an counterproductive. Anyway back to Michelle/Cheryl. She pored oil on my vinegar! And not only solved the problem but kept in touch with me to keep me posted on the progress. She, literally, saved this company from me never doing business with them again. I hesitate to post this, only because if she is promoted (which she should be!) she won’t be in that capacity.

Purchased a 3"x3" magnet. Image uploaded and looks great! However, the metal/aluminum is thinner than I had hoped. Edging on the sides a little rough. Feels a little chincy. Small magnet holds fine and the price is good. Want to order more for gifts but may look around to others with a little higher quality. Would be worth a few more dollars.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Dang near impossible to get assistance from them. I live in a townhome community - 98 units. The homeowner where my magnet was delivered brought it to me. UPS, Amazon and the USPS can find me. FedEx has misdelivered three times in the past three months. DO NOT USE them.

I HAVE TO RAVE RAVE RAVE about chat agent Michelle Ratcliff. I was so upset about some confusing verbiage on the site regarding shipping fees and time of delivery. She took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to ensure I retained faith in the company. Although my order is still processing, I am confident that it will be amazing. I normally use another company but tried this one on a whim. I'm so glad I did. Michelle exceeds the gold star standard and was not only helpful but genuine. As a customer service agent myself it is rare to find an agent who is able to convey the love for their job especially over a chat, she did that in spades. She was kind, knowledgeable, genuine, and determined to leave me feeling like I matter as just 1 customer of thousands. She is a gem and rarity in the customer service field. I am truly grateful and feel our interaction was indeed a blessing from God. She is just an angel and an asset to the team. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE BOSS!!!!

Just dropping a review of your Customer Service activity. I had a matter that required assistance and your agent Michele did a fantastic job of correcting the situation. Without a request, she then did outbound follow up to ensure that I was aware that an open matter had been completed. The more she fields inbound calls the more likely you will have five-star ratings. She made the interaction an effortless experience. This is exactly what you should be looking for to improve your customer experience. Very knowledgeable and able to handle the situation with very short handle time. Clone her.

Staff was able to answer my questions in a timely manner. Pricing was very reasonable and the quality is great!

I bought some items from CanvasPrints.com for my grandmother's birthday recently and she absolutely loved them. She said they were her most liked gifts out of everything she received from people this year. I will be shopping with this company again in the not so far off future.

I really enjoyed everything with this company, my order was 5 magnet pictures of my 2 year old daughter and I am able to use one in my car, on my magnetic phone mount lol it’s just a little thing I’m able to see when I get into my car, especially if she’s not with me! The one and only thing I would say is, it took a little bit longer to ship then most companies I’ve used, but with it being personalized I could understand it taking a little bit longer. And their prices are worth it, so I will definitely still be ordering from this company :)

These were the worse photos I have ever received. It took months to even get them they said they were out of printing stuff REALLY. Then yesterday I finally got them. Bad the paper was so thin and flimsy and some of them the photos looked like the were cropped couldn’t even see the people in them. Very disappointed. I will never do business with them again

If I could give a negative number I would. I ordered my pics in Sept and received them over a month later at the end of October. There were 20 pictures and doubt 17 of them had the HEADS CUT OFF! Furthermore the pictures are printed on the thinest cheapest paper I have ever seen! They advertised 100 percent satisfaction and I have called twice and emailed twice and have gotten no where except to hear from them with an attitude that they know about my problem and are working on it. Definitely terrible work, terrible customer service and NO statisfaction!

Very happy with my two prints. I was haven’t a little trouble getting my photos to fit the size I wanted, but that was just me.
It was great having the quick email responses. The responder also nice, I can be a pain dealing w emails. I like and needed the phone help. But putting all that aside I’m very happy w my prints. I love what putting a photo on canvas does to the photo it’s like it’s comes alive. At this time I have six hanging and probably that put away. I just moved into new home haven’t hung everything.
