Dear Mathias,
thanks for your purchase and your review. Honest feedback from our customers is extremely important to us in order to continuously improve our service!
We would like to apologize again on behalf of Austrian Post for the delay that occurred during shipping. We ask for your understanding, due to the Covid-19 and the following worldwide lockdowns, there were severe overloads in the transport services. You have been informed about the steps and we have responded to your inquiries and promptly initiated an investigation case at Austrian Post. We have also informed you that your shipment has been declared as lost by Austria Post and we shipped a replacement as promised. As we can see from the tracking, you have already received your order and hope that the quality of our products could convince you.
Best regards from Tyrol

Uw CANVORY-team
Have a CBDay!

Impressed with the quality of service, packaging & shipment tracking.
Impressed with the quality of service, packaging & shipment tracking.
I've ordered Krazy Strawberry & Silver Haze, while the Silver Haze is not really my taste, the Krazy Strawberry was one of the best I've ever smoked, just recently ordered again, and this time I've picked 4 different strains instead of just 2, but in the "rush" to finish the order, forgot to grab some Paper & Filters, hence, one thing I wish they'd offer, is the ability to edit an order, and add more to it, technically this is a pretty complicated feature, but I hope they'll add it at one point.
Thank you !
