Following this, we provide a personalized proposal, available through your secure account on our website, detailing the suggested next steps and associated costs. The follow up/decision to proceed is then up to the prospective client.

As you pointed out, we differ from traditional attorney retainers by offering an a la carte approach, which allows you to choose and pay for only the services you need—no ongoing obligations beyond what you select. We hope this clears up any confusion, and we’re here if you have further questions.

However, to ensure fair access to our services for all clients, we do follow a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy is outlined at booking and sent in your confirmation email, specifying that no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Our records indicate that we provided a complimentary rescheduling option for you; however, it was not utilized.
