I applied online, then received a call from Jordan. So professional and extremely easy to converse with. Following a couple of tech errors trying to upload docs, Jordan was very helpful and patient, I eventually mastered it! Got approval within 24 hours as promised. Excellent service.

Very long process to eventually apply.. waste of time
Spent ages trying to prove my identity, to finally get an account to be able to apply for a loan. Got quoted 22% APR only to get rejected for it!!! Not happy, what an entire waste of time. You should really let people apply for a loan before creating a whole account for them, just to reject them after. Complete waste of your resources, your staffs time and your customers time...
